The staff at this location are not only unprofessional but downright HATEFUL. I ordered online in the evening and tracked my order online which is usual for my family. I noticed on the map that the driver was at the wrong building but I didn’t have a way to contact them. I called the store once I realized that the tracking notification said delivered. I checked my patio but there was no food. I even asked my neighbor if they got the pizza by mistake but they said no one had been around within the last half hour (as they often smoke outside) I finally got through to the store and the person I spoke with identified themself as the manager but then said they needed to check with the driver and other manager about what to do. I waited for another 5 minutes and the person came back on the phone to say they would send another order out for free within 30-35 minutes. I said ok, thank you. They sent the SAME driver who called me upon her arrival to let me know she was outside. I opened my door and my kids were standing next to me. The first thing the driver (Amanda) Said was “Are you blind?” I Didn’t know how to respond but I didn’t have to because she began to swear at me and said “I can’t believe you didn’t see your order the first time your food is still there. It makes me so fking mad that you told my manager I didn’t deliver your food. Next time you should look outside your door. I rang your doorbell-but whatever (in a mocking tone) HERE’S YOUR HOT FRESH FKING FOOD.” She proceeded for throw our food on the ground. She began to walk away and then turned around to sarcastically say “have good f**king night” The entire time she talked- or rather berated me she had her mask off. I tried to call the store to tell them of her harsh actions and words and they continually put me on hold until someone started to speak crudely in Spanish. There was never anything even close to an apology. Just BEWARE the service here. It made us scared to have anything to do with the order delivered and a little for our personal safety because that kind of aggression is never okay. Please understand that she talked to me this way even with children present and I had to ask them to go sit in our family room so they wouldn’t be scared. Read moreWest Seattle Admiral location... I ordered at 912pm went to pickup 20 minutes after order, arrived 25 minutes after order, order not ready and still in oven. I had to wait 15 minutes extra. Went home got comfortable and ready to eat. Opened my meatz pizza to find not one spec of meat. I called young gal very a apologetic, promised to have guaranteed in 15-20 minutes. So I waited and arrived 25 minutes later to arrive and young man was rude and said it was in oven. I questioned his lie and notice the young ladies face, she just started making it. I asked for refund cause it almost 1010pm a whole hour after original order. His bad attitude, his bad lying, then he told her to stop making it. He said, his excuse is they are busy and didn't care about my order. I told him thanks for wrecking our New Years eve. As a longtime business owner, I would have fire that young man if he worked for me for lying, misrepresenting domino's policies, lack of any caring for where he works or other employees, and true lack of any customer service or counter skills. He did not care if we ate or not, even tried to insinuate my fault, but order was in black and white, ordered online. I will not go back and ending our new year.

Read moreDefinitely the worst experience I’ve ever had in a fast food chain restaurant, I really wished I’ve read the google reviews about this location before… Staff is not trained, they don’t know what they are doing. Went to the restaurant and placed my order, I was charged and I paid with my card. After a while, I stepped outside to buy something to drink with the same card. And when I went back to the restaurant apparently I was owning them an extra amount which they weren’t able to tell me what was it about. I asked for a receipt to see what was I charged for they denied it to me in a very rude manner, like as if they were hiding something. They have no manners or patience to explain to you what are they charging you extra for. Apparently there is this sort of useless and untrained manager with no empathy or leader skills at all, tried to blame me for not having sufficient funds on my card, I checked and I did have sufficient funds, instead of offering a solution or at least giving an explanation on where that extra amount came from.
