Employee was extremely rude. I’ve enjoyed the last times I ordered from this place but they stopped delivering. There’s no set up for online order pickup at all. Just a huge crowd of people standing in a line that’s not moving. Theyre laughing and having fun, which is great, but moving the orders along just is not a priority for them. Usually restaurants have an “online order pickup” line and a regular order line. Treating online order customers like they’re a huge burden on the company and telling them they’re just gonna have to wait for everyone else to both order and get their food (he disappeared into the kitchen for like 8 minutes between each order) is just not really acceptable if you’re going to send an email to the person who ordered online that says their order is ready. I’m pretty sure he was so rude to me because I was starting to have a mild panic attack at the thought of standing in an incredibly long line for what seemed like it was going to be at least an hour. I had expected this to be a relatively breezy pickup situation, like other restaurants, but i had to repeatedly beg him. At first i said the wrong app (i said DoorDash- I meant toast). Forgive me. Terrible mistake. He made fun of me for that. I pulled my receipt up on my phone to show him and he refused to look at it at all, telling me he was going to help everyone else and then me. Again, my food was sitting there the whole time, ready. He came around a few extra times to help other people (so great, glad they had a good experience and he was nice to them) and finally he looked at the receipt on my phone he could’ve looked at initially but explicitly refused to, grin on his face as he walked away, satisfied with himself for how funny it was to give terrible customer service and make his own life harder (could’ve just given me the food). Finally, a short time later, I got my food, but since paying close to $40 to the company (was planning on doing it weekly like I did when they delivered) is such an inconvenience to them, I’ll probably go with someone who doesn’t 1. Have waitstaff who are extremely rude and make fun of people 2. Read moreI was hanging out with my friends on a Saturday night and we came across this place for a quick bite. I walked up to the counter to place my order and I also asked for a drink. I notice behind him were can/ bottle drinks, so I asked for one. The guy at the register told me it will have to be a fountain drink and I said ok.
After I paid for my food I walked away from the counter and sat at the table with my friends. One of my friends was still at the counter placing her order. I then noticed that I didn't get a cup for my drink. So when my friend was done placing her order, I asked her to get me a cup from the guy who took our order and to get me a Sprite from the fountain.
The guy at the register heard me and proceeded to give her a cup and my friend walked over with my drink. Then he yells and says to us, " Next time yall do that, I'm going to have to put yall out!" So then I was confused and asked, " what did we do?"
He then walks over to our table and says, "You didn't pay for that drink!" So I picked up my receipt and showed him that I ordered a burger, fries, and a drink. And that he didn't give me a cup because he told me it will have to be a fountain drink.
After looking at my receipt he then says, "You have to wait til I give you a cup." I just moved here so I was really confused and I didn't understand why he didn't just tell me that after taking my order. It seemed to me he forgot that he rung me up for a drink and when I corrected him instead of apologizing he just made another excuse.
So as we sat there eating our food and talking about the whole situation because we still didn't understand what all that was for. I noticed another couple come in and place their order. They ordered a drink and they walked away with their cups. They didn't have to wait for him to bring it to them.
With that being said he was he rude and him apologizing could have been simple. Never going back to this...
Read moreWhen i first moved back into Seattle I wasnt aware that people were going to start acting weird about other people using the restrooms.I came in here after doing some food deliveries and thought that i could just use the restroom since i just picked up from here. I asked the guy what the code was. The guy started to mumble at me with aggressive and unintelligible speech. I couldnt understand what he was saying and thought he was saying something insulting under his breath. I was shocked by his demeaning behavior and felt very disrespected and disappointed. I thought he was trying to say something demeaning to me unclearly at first. I couldn't understand what he was saying and he was acting really aggressive about some kind of resentment prior to me coming in. I was trying to get him to clarify what he was saying to me but i was just met with loud aggressive mumbling. I was trying to explain that i just picked up an order but he wasn't understanding what i was saying and quickly mumbled to get out of his restaurant and quickly retreated into the restroom. Unfortunately the code didnt work and i left feeling disrespected. I understand that you want to keep crackheads out of the bathroom but when you see delivery driver pick up a delivery just moments before coming into the restroom they are your customers and they litterally just picked up a delivery from you.
