Holy Cannoli!! Actually it's Kelly Cannoli!
I was looking for a good cannoli today and based on Google search, this was the place to go to.
I was not disappointed! I actually drove past the location because I was looking for a bigger shop, but on my second pass by, I realized Kelly Cannoli is in a little pink coffee hut (not sure if that's the right term but you know what I mean).
I ordered a mixed dozen of cannolis thinking I was going to get premade cannolis from a case.....nope! Kelly made each cannoli for my box individually!! Cannoli shell, cream and the necessary topping to complete the flavor ordered.
Yes, fresh is the word!!
Kelly was very personable and also confident her cannolis would stand up to any other....I like that!
The cannolis were fantastic! The shells kept their crunch and the cream filling was cool and smooth. Chocolate chips, pistachios, candied lemon!! And don't forget the powdered sugar! Good stuff!
This was my first trip to this spot but it won't be my last.

Read moreYou've got to be kidding me! The best cannolis are in Seattle. What's da matta with you! I'm from NYC. I know cannolis. You want a cannoli? Go to Besonhurst or Cipolli's in Jersey. Not anymore!!!! GO TO LAKE CITY, NORTH OF SEATTLE!!! OMG, Kelly's Cannoli's were amazing, incredible. They busted my chops!
After test driving cars in Lake City, I spied this little pink kiosk advertising cannolis. Huh? I did a sharp U turn, pulled my car in front, and strolled up to the window. "You make cannolis?" "Yes, the owner's from New Jersey," the charming young woman from Snohomish explained. We bought a bunch, brought them back to our apartment in Belltown, and ate them immediately. Ricotta cheese sprayed out of my mouth as I jumped up and down with glee. These cannolis were the best I ever tasted. I was flabbergasted. I am going to get to know Lake City real well. Are there any nice apartments in Lake City? Maybe I'll just sleep in my car next to Kelly Cannoli. You don’t know what you’re missing. Go to Kelly...
Read moreBizarre experience here today. I drove up to buy 6 plain bagels. First told that they’re out of plain bagels - okay, not a huge deal given the holidays.
I’m then asked if I’d like todays bagels or the frozen ones from yesterdays delivery. As it’s my first visit, I say id like the fresh ones please.
I’m then asked “when are you going to eat these?”. A little confused, I respond that I’m going to that them today. I’m then asked “we’re supposed to sell the frozen ones first, so can you get them? They only take an hour to thaw”. I say I’d like the fresh ones because I’d like them now.
I’m then asked again when I’m going to eat the bagels. When I said today, I get a response if “you’re seriously going to eat 6 bagels like right now. They don’t take long to thaw”.
After explaining that there are other people who will be eating them with me, I finally get the bagels and am on my way.
Bagels themselves are good, but very strange experience. I appreciate the concern for my eating schedule, it they need not...
