Lake City Mini Park — Attraction in Seattle

Concrete Park is what us Lake City locals call it. This is the center of this town. You can find any local here at one point of the day. It's were I go when I want to be nosey or ask where I can find someone else. 98% of the time there's always some one there and 95% of the time my time...

Hardly a park. There isn't even grass. Mostly a congregating place for homeless people. There are occasionally events (small farmers markets, etc.) which seem cool - but I'm not sure who goes to them. I have seen police activity at this park...

There used to be a huge homeless camp here. It eventually went away. Nowadays, every time I pass this place, I almost always see a few homeless people wandering around. Some of them seem to have mental illness. I don't care for this...
