KFC — Restaurant in Seattle

I honestly never get on these reviews n make complaint. I am a praying God fearing woman who tries to give everything a benefit of a doubt. I felt compelled to have to tell the public this experience. So it's Labor Day 2025 If I can give this place a zero I would. First they have a no cash service policy...unless it's exact change of the menu 😕. ??? Ok fair enough! So They couldn't break 50$ 😦 I had to walk down a equivalent of 2 blocks n get change@ Safeway store ..only to walk back there to be told She can't take my 20$ cash b/c it's ripped.👀🫢. I stood there with a blank stare @ her...So she goes to the back .I'm assuming her manager saw all that we went through to get a labor day meal ..so it took her a while to get a okay. She sticks the money through the thing n finally hands back my change. After ppl were waiting in line about 9 minutes. She Didn't ask if we wanted to eat was there or to go. Hands me back a bag of thrown food around. No plates no plastic spoons nothing. She knew we were there to dine in . Especially walking back. So I Opened it up. Mash potatoes look like they been in the heater all day long. I promise there was no gravy in there 😡. Macaroni was outdated n gross .😡.the biscuit was smashed n looked like a mini dwarf peace of wrinkled bread. And the 3 strips looked so tiny ..should've been given to somebody's toddler or small pet. Talking about upset. That place is not only ran down. It's poor service ..There was a Uber rider or some guy who came back complaining as well ..n all she said was " I'm sorry I'm sorry."

I wanted to say what about a apology to us too ? For poor service. Never will I be back .. it's changed. The lobby use to be packed with visitors . I can see why nobody goes through there unless they r starving like I was. I didn't enjoy the meal or the service. Everything made my stomach turn. Too bad I didn't bring phone cuz I would've definitely took pictures to back up this claim. Now I gotta pray 🙏 n ask God to forgive me for the venting via releasing...

This is for the location near Rainier Beach and on Rainer Ave. This location is a KFC+Taco Bell combo.

They have a parking lot and drive-thru. Parking is tricky. We saw people just park as they please, so if you are overly protective of door dings and people parking poorly, then use the drive thru.

The service here was SLOW for fast food. And we got the chicken strips famoly meal, and it was $55 for the 12pc. We came for the coleslaw, and that was solid, and so were the mashed potatoes and gravy, along with the mac & cheese. The biscuits seemed smaller in size, but they were good also.

Please take special note that as it is fast-food, it's not good the next day, except for maybe the coleslaw and mac & cheese.

Midas 3-stars for an average fast food experience. Midas 4-stars for the side-dishes and my personal favorite...

I ordered 8 waffles in order to get a free 8pc online. When I got there to pick up my food, I was told they were out of waffles & offered something else that was far less than appetizing. I had no choice but to pick something else since I had prepaid online & couldn'tgeta refund. It wasn't as good as what I initially ordered. I feel that if food is unavailable, it shouldn't be available for online ordering. I was very disappointed. I really wanted waffles. They offered those apple treats instead. There's no comparison. As much as I spend my hard earned money there, I feel like the ball was dropped. I'll take my money to Popeyes next time. Not...
