Nope no go again for me i like to have the choice to return items with immediate resolution. 4-11-22 Ordered over 78.00 worth of food to not get what I paid for catfish so I don't know what it Is but spouse went to return and was told that she would give me a call in regard to my money being put back on card never heard anything called 4-14-2022 which there closed wed but says open online and was told to email someone I never ever been threw this to get a refund of my hard earned money resturants should honor their return policy when especially they get there fowled food back so whata the deal I guess to see how long it takes ro return my money because they knew how to take it immediately of my card but here the rum around on putting it back on. I should have been skeptical when I had to call and then ask why menu items were not avail online and they refuse to take phone orders so waitress had to go back reload website they want all to use. Very irritated in these time food serv should some sort of humanity for you even trusting them during a pandemic to eat at their establishments.did I mention I was told the customer to email owner in order...

This place is not a great option for a single person to pick up a meal. I asked for any kind of dinner option, was offered a "mix it combo" with a minimum of 2 seafood items. I chose from the list, several items are extremely expensive at market prices over $20 per item just so all are aware. My 2 item dinner which included mussels and crawfish was $40 after taxes and tip for takeout for 1 person. It was quite a bit of food, but I would say the crawfish were not very fresh which was disappointing. The mussels however were excellent and large in size, with great flavor so those may hopefully be a more local option.

Overall I would do this place another time for takeout for a group only, given the extremely high market prices which undoubtedly are beyond the control of the restaurant itself. The seating area could probably just use a little spruce up and a deep clean, but obviously these folks are trying with limited staff during...

We used to eat here all the time, but a year ago, we moved to another state. When we returned for a visit last week (July 2024), the whole family was excited to go back. There were 12 of us, and despite the extreme heat (possibly due to a broken air conditioner) and a non-working fan that the server failed to mention, we stayed out of excitement.

Unfortunately, things only got worse from there. The server was unfriendly and did not smile once. They didn't honor their special of "buy 4 lbs, get 1 lb free," served us the wrong order, and the food was cooked carelessly. We ordered 6 cups of rice but received only 2 cups of rice and made us wait 15 mins to cook rice because they ran out. We also had to wait 20 minutes for side sauce that we hoped would salvage the meal, but it was overpriced at $8 and didn’t help.

We are never coming back to this...
