Good day everyone, now this would've been an easy fix as I have been a manager in a fast food store previous although some time has past. From experience, this issue would've been resolved by simply owning up to your mistakes and those crew members beneath you in this instant. So this morning I went to my local McDonalds to get a coffee and McMuffin. The young lady, which had an issue as if she didn't want to work there had an attitude from the bat, but for good standing; I'll leave her out of her conduct besides the way of this issue. She had took my order of which I asked for a muffin with cheese bacon, and sausage. I collected my order and realized that the price was different from the screen on the drive through. So I decided to go back this time through the drive thru and ordered a McMuffin with bacon of which is the exact same sandwich I had ordered previously. So ordering this sandwich this time, it came up to be a dollar and some change less than the original sandwich I had ordered about a little over a half an hour earlier; yet being the exact same sandwich. Speaking with the young lady crew member; she told me that ordering the sandwich parts in that certain way caused it to be more than ordering the sandwich the second way although the sandwichs are the same. I asked to speak to the manager, she told me the same and said that ordering that way; basically saying ordering that sandwich by parts(Muffin w/cheese bacon + sausage) vs (McMuffin + bacon) would make the prices differ even though the two sandwiches are the same. Now being an ex manager of a fast food establishment, its a very simple fix to resolve this problem. I would've let it go but the young crew member and the manager on staff made it seem like if I had just ordered the sandwichs the same way I would've had the same price; yet both decided to say since I ordered it differently the price is what it is. So tell me fellow citizens, if you order a sandwich and its exactly the same way from one instance to another no matter how you ask for it; why should you be charged extra. Customer service skills are lacking at this location and problem solving skills are grossly inadequate as well. As mentioned, its a very simple fix; upon counting waste, summing up the tills for the next shift, whats a dollar and some change that obviously is the fault of the store. I'm pretty sure that shifts deposit wouldn't hurt a bit...don't even have to use petty cash for this issue. It's a simple matter of crew knowledge of their menu and applying it correctly. If a customer is ordering and a light bulb in your head is like, "oh, this is a McMuffin, but he/she wants bacon on it" simple right? Why individually put the items in POS knowing that its going to be the same product when all you would have to do is recall your memory of the products and not charge customers more. Food...

$2 value menu Bacon McDouble costs $2.69? The drive thru menu says a Bacon McDouble is on the $2 value menu. But I was charged $2.69. When I questioned the employee at the first window why the total was $2.96 for a $2 sandwich he told me it what at first I thought he said was the “veg tax”. And he was saying something about the tax in tomatoes and lettuce and food “ only in Seattle”. I said I didn’t understand and that I think he was he must be confused with the beverage tax. Yes so he pointed to the sign about the beverage tax on sugary drinks in Seattle. I pointed out I didn’t order any soft drink. He said they put it in all the foods. I checked my receipt and there is no extra tax besides the normal sales tax but the sandwich is $2.69 plus tax at about 10% which is normal sales tax. So I moved to the next window. She gave me a chicken sandwich and fries. LOL I told her no, I ordered a Bacon McDouble, and we traded. I asked her how much a Bacon McDouble is. She asked me “how much did you get charged?” I told her $2.69 but it should be $2. She said it is $2.69 now but they haven’t changed the sign yet. I asked if a manager was there. Manager apologized and asked if I wanted my .69 cents back, which I accepted. I think different McDonalds can charge different prices for the same item. But you can’t charge a different prices than is advertised in the National Value Meal menu can you? At least change it on the...

Bad service at the drive thru. Casheirs trying to scam customers for more money, and contradict what the APP is offering.

APP is clearly indicating something, but casheirs playing it off to something not useful . So you have to accept what they are saying and pay more, because you are already in drive thru line, and by the window, and cars infront of you, and cars behind you. Then ending up paying regular price eventually. And feel got lured in . Got excited because of the offer in the app,and came here ,but they let you down ,and succer punch customers, Now must pay regular price. Please be aware of their scam tactics. ( Bait ,and switch ) Even after you order food, and eat it you will still feel scammed for this little money, but they do it to almost all their customers, it becomes alot of money ,they conned collectively. ( shame on the management)

Their food is ok .

Customer service needs alot of improvement. Management need to be honest, and clear , And avoid deceptive tactics with customers

Dine in lounge is clean. Lots of parking Update 01.2023 still the same bad McDonald's. No improvements. None what so ever. I highly don't recommend this Macdonald. If it has to be Macdonald then I would go to a...
