Great food. Fantastic customer service. After a long and rough day at work, I popped in on the way home to pick up a delicious Lil Woody's Primo. Since I was grabbing a prepaid takeout order I wasn't going to be in the store very long. Yet the gentleman who gathered my order was exceptional with customer service in the moment, very friendly, and very accommodating. I went from my own customer-facing job (where I spent the day getting yelled at for things outside of my control) to having a top-shelf experience. This is the definition of truly great customer service-- striving endlessly to make peoples' days better, spreading positivity to people who may have had the worst day of their life. It is these small moments that can turn the...

Excellent pizza, The crust is absolutely fantastic. We also ordered a family sized salad that was excellent I don't know what the dressing was but it was delicious. They have televisions with sports so guys like that and as far as the location/atmosphere it was cold and its in kind of a random location but nothing wrong, per se. I will say this looks like a "cheap pizza joint" but if that's what your going for this pizza isn't cheap. But it was excellent IMO worth the spend. Would totally return. Service was very good and friendly. Super plus, I like to chew my calories not eat them and they have the coke soda machine that makes all of different soda flavors in diet...

As many of you know, Pagliacci has been a Seattle icon for many decades. What you get from that kind of legacy is classics, and not trendsetting. That is what I found on my recent visit. I had 2 guests, and we all had the pizza by the slice. I had a vegetarian version with spinach, sundried tomatoes and feta, as well as the chicken, bacon ranch. Both were very good. The crust and sauce is how I judge a pizza, I would give the crust a 7/10 and the sauce the same, it had just enough bite, chewiness, and the sauce had just enough zest and peppiness. Not outstanding, but very good. I think to be fair, next time I will order a whole pie to try something...

Third time ordering from Pagliacci Pizza located on Dravus Street. First 2 times ordered the veggie pizza, 1st order the veggie pizza was soggy limp crust, 2 order again veggie pizza crust a tad bit over cooked. Third order the veggie pizza with the Ceasars salad. Well the veggie pizza was yummy good, pizza crust just right. However the Caesar salad was not great at all. The reason I say this my mom orders from the Ballard location and never had a problem with Caesar salad. As I believe serve food like you are going to serve yourself.

$65 later our pizza party crashed. Getting the bake time and temperature right is simple ( for a robot) perhaps a mechanized start up restaurant's time has come. Blame Amazon for hoovering up all the the competent 20 somethings if you like, these pies are tossed aimlessly by burn outs. Burned is who we are and what we got thinking that legacy ment consistency. A room full of hungry people plus two large burnt delivery pizzas equals a scramble to salvage a spoiled family gathering.
