Hesitant leaving this review but the last 3-4 times Iāve visited, Ive wasted at least 1-2 hours traveling and waiting.
They really struggle to have adequate staffing for acrylic nails, even when you have a booked appointment. Last two times they had me wait for 40 minutes, and the second time about 30. Both times while I was waiting, the gentlemen at the front desk insisted to take the color off prior to the actual nail technician coming to assist me. Sure, fine but I was bleeding within a minute so I refused the second time despite his insistence. As a review mentions below, I donāt think heās licensed to actually do nails. The first time after I waited 40 min ā fortunately it was very good technician and I had no external obligations. unfortunately, the satisfaction was reversed as for the most recent time, waited the 30 minutes and my nails were not shaped properly, too short and pointy (cute but not Halloween to look like candy corn).
I went in on my day off today (Monday) and was asked if I had an appointment, I didnāt and they said they had no time this evening. It seemed like they didnāt care for my business, which sure thatās fine, but I still requested an appointment for a couple days later anyways. Given the recurring negative interactions ā half spending 3 hours there, and the other half being told they have no time, likely will switch to a different salon over time. 2 stars ā The staff (especially ladies) are very nice, the facility is clean, colors are always well stocked and in good condition, just wish they had a business practice of honoring scheduled appointments. This happens often at salons but it seems they take for granted the revolving door...

ABSOLUTELY love this nail salon. I've been going here for 8 years now and frankly, they are like family. Like any business, they went through some hardships through COVID, but they stayed open and have managed to keep most of their people.
What you need to know: Definitely make an appointment! This is what sets them apart from other salons. You make an appointment and 99% of the time, they are on time and accomodate your appointment. This is why they are so fast and efficient do GREAT WORK for very reasonable prices.
For comments that they are rude? I would say please give a little grace. English is their second language and they are old school and only do appointments by phone. The owners and everyone that works here are humble and super hard working and have families and wonderful humans. If you ever have a chipped nail or an issue, they will fix it. Just talk to them. And please don't dismiss people as being rude because English isn't their first language. They are super busy and with good communication, you shouldn't have any issues here.
Again, be kind and communicate! It's been a rough 2 years and let's all support each other! Also, you'll have fabulous nails in the end :)
They do gel, dip,...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreDON'T GO HERE. I also do not know how this place has so many good reviews. I made a 1pm appointment and as soon as I walked in, you could tell they were very annoyed that I was there. They were rude and it seemed like no one was wanting to help me and they just put me in a chair and made me wait 10 mins. Meanwhile a woman that walked in AFTER ME had two people helping her, while I was just waiting. I am of Indian and I was very uncomfortable being there. If you have ever been in a situation where you feel racially targeted you do not want to cause a scene. Finally, after 20 mins the manager gentleman came over, and I don't think he is certified to actually do nails, and he started taking the polish off of my nails. He then said you wait a few minutes and someone finally begrudgingly came over to finish my nails. It seemed like this person who finally came over to do my nails lost a bet with how they were acting to do my nails. I asked the other tech. where the sink was where napkins were to dry your hands and she kind of pointed at them, and didn't seem to want to touch what I would be touching. They were fully out of soap, and had one pump left in there. I will never go here again and it is sad that this is how they treat customers and they racially profile people. Please take your...
