In the past I really enjoyed their food, and prompt service. Tonight, I ordered food from them, and was delivered the wrong food. This wouldn't have been a huge deal, except upon calling them back, they told me I was wrong, and they wouldn't do anything about it. I asked for a refund, and they denied it to me, and then hung up. I called them back, and spoke with the other owner, and he gave me the same response. Both managers/owners screamed at me continuously. I told them I would bring the food back, and expect a refund. Upon entering the restaurant, the male manager refused to give me a refund. The business is family owned, and at least 5 of them were there to join in on screaming and cussing at me, telling me I am wrong, and it was the correct order. One of their customers came over to me, pulled a piece of meat out of my sandwich, and told me I was wrong. She was allowed to disrespect me as well. In the end, I left (without food, or money). This place has the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life, not only that, I felt very threatened by their behavior. Thankfully I ordered through Eat24, and I called them to dispute the transaction. A representative was very helpful, and listened to my experience. She called the restaurant, and was given the same treatment (screaming, cussing, and confirmation that I left the food, and a customer tasting my food). I was given a full refund, thankfully. No thanks to...

I recently ordered the Alfredo pizza to go from Romano Pizza and had one of the best takeout experiences I've ever had. The commitment to quality started right away. After the pizza was cooked, the owner personally opened the box to ensure it was to my liking before handing it over. It looked absolutely beautiful—piping hot, with the crust baked to a perfect golden color, and not a single burnt spot. I couldn't resist and opened the box again in the car. I just had to try a slice. Not only did it look incredibly appetizing, but it tasted even better. The fresh garlic flavor was bright, the Alfredo sauce was rich and creamy, and the cheese was melted perfectly. The crust was also delightful. Take my advice: eat this pizza as soon as you get it for the optimal taste! I also ordered the BBQ chicken wings, and they were outstanding. They were seasoned all the way through and had a deep, satisfying flavor with a lovely hint of smoke. I also tried the Alfredo Prawn Pasta. The flavor was excellent, and I would definitely order it again! My only small note is that I wished the prawns had the abdominal segments removed for easier eating. And let's not forget the Garlic Bread—it was pure perfection. It was deliciously garlicy and buttery, and every bite offered a thin, satisfying crunch on the surface, leaving the insides wonderfully fluffy and buttery. Romano Pizza clearly takes pride in their food and service. Highly,...

Decided to try again after not ordering in awhile. This has been my go to and only pizza place in West Seattle for the past few years now. The owner or manager or whoever he is has always treated me decent if I call in and go pick my order up and the lady who takes my orders is always nice and helpful and the delivery drivers have always rushed my orders it seems and of course I’m just down the street not far.

It seems the prices may have gone up some during the pandemic of the past almost 2 years like everything else. My order of cheese bread and sides of cream dipping sauce and a large pizza 🍕 and an order of pasta comes to about $60 and of course an added $10 $15 for the hardworking and tip earning delivery driver each time. Showing love for those in the services providing industry.

It hits the spot once in awhile when you’re not in the mood to cook and just having a chill day at home with your...

Very rude tonight. I went to order a large pizza two topping that says online it is 16 95 and mozzarella sticks that were 495 I get there and my total is over $30. I asked them why is this and they laugh at me. They said because I ordered pineapple and Ham it was one of their specialty pizzas and they charged me for the specialty price . Even though when I called in I ordered a two-topping pizza . I'm very disappointed in my local pizza place. Customer service should always be upheld to the most highest of Interest in a restaurant establishment. That was just a a sign of disrespect to me it will no longer be going there for food.

The sign and menu says Romano Pizza and Pasta, not Olympia. Good for takeout but don't try to eat in here. I told them at least twice I was ordering for here but they still brought me everything in takeout containers with a paper plate and plastic fork. There was no tap water, you have to buy bottled water. Food on the other hand was good, and unique, especially if you get the Italian/Greek fusion stuff. I got Greek spaghetti and baklava sundae which were both good. Also quite affordable, like $10 for an entree with side salad.
