Usually I would give five stars for service and food, but that was before they hired this new guy. I'm in here twice a week at 5:45am to pick up my lunch for the day. I order through the app and always ask them to double wrap into two halves so it will fit in my lunch bag without leaking. Up until now, it's always been great: Fresh and tasty, the guy at the counter always has it ready and waiting.
This time, it's ready, but it's not double wrapped into two. It does not fit in my bag. I asked if he could re-wrap and he said "I could, but it wasn't on the order" to do this. I showed him on the receipt where it has my instructions clearly typed out. He replied, "Oh we don't see that part when we get the order."
So you didn't tape this receipt to the bag? The other guy that has served me twice a week for the past year somehow miraculously got it right EVERY SINGLE TIME was psychic?
No, It was on there, he just didn't read it and wanted to put the blame on me because he couldn't take the 3 seconds to read it.
He had another customer so I told him to forget the rewrap and left, muttering about his attitude.
When I got to work, I rewrapped it myself because one half is for lunch, and the other for breakfast. The bread was stale and flaking off, the toppings were stingy. There was NO mayo, salt or pepper.
I really hope they put him on afternoons because I don't know if I even want to go back if he's going to be the first face I see in the morning. That first face is important. It sets the tone for the entire day.

Read moreThis is the first 1st 1-star review I've ever given, and it's due to many reasons. We placed two orders for 7 staff members for delivery via the Subway website. Only one order arrived, which means Subway isn't monitoring their outgoing orders.
Secondly, the order that did arrive was so utterly wrong. Stale bread, and sandwich creations were all wrong; nor were any of the sandwiches labeled, certain chips didn't make it in the order. So, during a pandemic you can't be bothered to label the sandwich you're sending out. I've worked in restaurants for 24 years. Everyone has a bad day. However, when our Store Manager went to this location to make them aware of the situation, the Subway associate blamed DD. DD wasn't responsible for creating the wrong orders.
To the gentleman's credit, he wasn't rude. He was kind, and created two other sandwiches. Sadly, several of our staff members were still left with poor created, or all together wrong orders. It's simple. You read from the ticket. Create what you received on the ticket.
Also, seven employees is not a catering order. It's a slightly larger than usual togo order. If your staff members are so poorly trained that they can't handle 7 orders, then you should fire the corporate trainers responsible for setting such a poor example.
You can do much...
Read moreLeydy (sp), which is pronounced Lady left a sour taste in my mouth after witnessing her negative behavior towards people - mainly the people she works with (she does this in front of people) and talks bad about them to robert. They are both very poor trainers. He is often scattered, takes off when its busy, and come back out when things slow down. She is the LEAST interested in training and makes you feel bad for asking questions when you are new! She will not split the tips and could care less. The blonde lady during the day is awesome though and very sweet, which neither of them will give her enough credit for. I'm...
