Nothing can truly beats your mom's cooking but authentic Vietnamese noodle soups are a lot of work.

Bun rieu is probably my favorite Vietnamese noodle soup dish & not many places make it well. Due to the amount of work it needs & ingredients this dish has. I am happy to say I finally found a spot that makes it well enough for me to order again.

An absolute must if you enjoy Vietnamese food. Kicking myself for not taking pictures, but I was so hungry and everything smelled so good as it came out I devoured it.
