The pizza itself is 4 stars because it is very good. Employees are welcoming and friendly, nice vibes.
This is not a critique on any specific store, but I do not agree with this corporation's policies in wasting food. However, in order to implement change, it much be started locally.
Zeeks has a policy where employees must throw away all the leftover pizza at 4 pm, this is extremely wasteful. Seattle has a huge homeless population and this extra pizza that is being thrown away could be used to help people who are struggling day by day to obtain human necessities. Not only could this help feed them, but it can also help Zeek's pizza as well. By giving its leftover pizza to local shelters, Zeeks becomes more ecofriendly by producing less waste, and can maintain a better image to its customers. I would have happily bought another to replace it but didn't even get a chance to go there. Certainly earned my patronage for life and will gladly stop in there when we visit Seattle on our future adventures into the big city....
