I met with Danny and team in the late summer, and we built a plan that included decent amounts of updates to our house (new flooring, painting every room, etc.) followed by listing in early Q1. Danny kept everything exactly on schedule, and amazingly perfectly within the budget we set from the start. There is no way I would have been able to manage the 10+ vendors that were involved on my own; Danny & team made it look easy.

Once the house was ready for listing, Danny had a long call with us to figure out the right pricing, the right marketing strategy, and how we could put our best foot forward with the home sale. We were incredibly comfortable with his ideas and his plan, and we were able to go ahead with them exactly as proposed. After listing, Danny kept us in the loop with daily calls & texts, and we always knew exactly what was going on with the home. I had a huge level of comfort with the plan and how Danny executed it, and it was amazing to see it all unfold exactly the way he predicted it would. Danny told me he "really, really loves his job" and it totally showed through in every call, every interaction, and every single minute he spent with us.

In the end, our house was on the market for just 5 days, we received 11 offers, and sold our house for well above our asking price. There is no way we would have gotten as much if not for Danny’s advice and efforts on our behalf. He took what could have been a stressful time and made it all comfortable and simple. We worked with Danny this year to buy a new home, and to sell our old one. I can't say enough great things about him. He's attentive, patient, responsive, honest, experienced, and perhaps most importantly, funny!

The market was very fast and furious when we were looking, and Danny educated us about what to expect and how to be successful. We only had one offer get beaten before finding our new home, and I attribute that to Danny properly guiding us on how to gauge the market. We found a home within about a month of when we started looking.

He often made himself available for us on very short notice, and was also great at finding out additional info on properties when needed.

In our case, we did most of our shortlisting of properties ourselves and then let Danny know what we would like to see. This worked well, and he was often already familiar with properties and could give us insight ahead of time. I am confident that he would also be great for someone who wants to have the agent select the viewings.

As for selling our house... We put our trust in Danny and his advice paid off. He made several suggestions for small updates we could do for selling, and we followed all that guidance. His stagers did an amazing job and the photos looked great. He also worked with us on pricing and chose a point that would stimulate a lot of interest. We ended up selling for just above the high end of our hoped-for range, so we were definitely satisfied.

What can I say? Danny and his incredible team are simply the best! From the very first conversation to the final steps, they made us feel completely supported and genuinely cared for. Selling our family home after my dad passed away was deeply emotional and overwhelming, but Danny guided us through the process with such patience, empathy, and professionalism.

Our family had a lot of questions and even some differing opinions on how to handle the sale, but Danny took the time to address every concern with knowledge and compassion. Real estate can be an emotional rollercoaster, but this team approached every interaction with kindness and respect for what we were going through.

I have to give a special shoutout to Caitlin. When an unexpected issue with the house came up after hours, she didn’t hesitate to be there for me. She stayed by my side until help arrived, never once making me feel like I was a burden or that she had somewhere else to be. Her calm, reassuring presence in such a stressful moment meant more than she could know.
