This particular dunkin donuts is an absolute joke. The only reason why I still go is because it's the only drive thru in sebastian. They are extremely slow and you have to wait. They get around this by not taking your order until they are done completely with the first person. So you can wait 5 10 15 min but they dont enter the order and start the timer until the person in front of you pulls away. They have a bee infestation by the drive thru window ( it has gotten a little better) so when you pull up you are terrified to get your food because you have 5 or 6 beers right in front of you. One day it was so bad I had to pull around and get my food inside. When I told the lady that bees are a very common allergy and god forbid someone goes into anaphylaxisand sues, she got nasty and said you cant sue because of nature. Last I checked you can sue for negligence. Then lastly, the final straw to why I am writing this review. Needed coffee before work pull up at drive thru its 459 at 5 she takes my order then tells me it will be a bit because they just opened up and dont have anything ready.i asked why you guys dont prep 15 mon prior to opening at keast and she laughed. Pull around to the front window and waited. I was told that I would not be able to have a sandwich because the other girl did not prep anything and she just got in. Then was told I should complain to the boss for only scheduling 2 people to open. I hope the owner sees this. Your store has some issues. Honestly, I truly believe the only reason why you are still in buisness is because of convenience of the drive thru. As a disabled combat veteran, I experience fluctuating mobility and speech on a daily basis. Despite these challenges, the team at this location consistently treats me with the utmost kindness, dignity, respect, compassion, and patience. Their understanding and accommodation on days when I struggle to get out of my truck, articulate my order, or even speak, has made a significant difference in my daily routine.
I have been a daily customer since February 14, 2024, and in that time, I've observed the dedication of your staff firsthand. I would particularly like to recognize Connor, Natasha, Tim, Brian, Tyler, Brandon (the old Brandon), and Drake. These individuals consistently go above and beyond, even when faced with challenging customer interactions. They treat all customers with the same high level of care and respect, demonstrating a genuine commitment to both the business and the community it serves. Their consistent positive attitude and effort are truly commendable. I can honestly say that my continued patronage of Dunkin is largely due to the outstanding service provided by this team.
I am unsure of how Dunkin recognizes its team members, but I truly believe that these individuals deserve some form of recognition for their unwavering dedication and outstanding customer service.

Read moreJust terrible. I placed an online order for a bagel with butter and a iced latte. The bagel was cold with loads of cream cheese and the coffee tastes overbrewed and old. When I called to get a replacement I was met with a horrible attitude from the manager, Donovon. I requested a replacement driven to me less than a mile away because I could not leave work. The response I got is "we don't do that, come in after work". I came in for breakfast not dinner. It is infuriating that I miss out on my breakfast after I paid them to make my order correctly. Now, i'm sitting on the phone for 20 minutes for corporate.
This place is fraught with issues. The run out of product with the explanation they were not sent enough or any that morning. The store is dirty and the employees seem absolutely clueless on how to make a bagel. I guess the ability to read is not a requirement to work at Dunkin.
