I placed an order for my kids favorite cheese sticks and wings. It took over an hour to arrive but that's not my complaint. TAKE A LOOK AT WHAT THIS STORE ACTUALLY SENT OUT TO BE DELIVERED. PICTURES OF THESE RAGGEDY CHEESE STICKS AND ADDED MY ORDER RECEIPT AND A SCREENSHOT THAT I CALLED THIS STORE AS SOON AS I OPENED THE BOX. Well the inept rude as hell, supposed to be manager, proceeds to tell me that he will give me a credit for an order of free cheese sticks the next time I call. First of all, there will be NO NEXT TIME. These cheese sticks look like someone stepped on a part of them or like they fell on the floor and all the cheese feel off??? Since they refused to remake my order and redeliver what I paid for, I told him that I would drive this order to the store and he could give me a refund for them and refund the $5 delivery fee I paid since I am not allowwing my kids to eat food that looks like someone stepped on a corner of the food. This mofo proceeds to tell me that I cannot get a refund and that he would call the cops if I showed up. I told him that I would post exactly what they delivered, with the proof that I called, and my phone screenshots showing that I called and tried to resolve this like an adult but clearly this location doesn't hire and/or properly train it's staff. I'm not a confrontational person and therefore I'm not going to go down to this establishment. So I took it to their Google Review page and will contact my bank to be refunded since they refused to give me a refund. I'm also going to report this incident to the CFPB because refusing a customer a refund for damaged and/or improperly prepared food is not how a decent, honest business handles a customer. Clearly their employees and management don't understand that without paying customers, you have no business. If they continue thinking they can deliver poor food and horrific service...they'll be the next to go out of business. #DoBetter...

I was dining in so I took them back up front and showed them to the order taker while expressing my concerns and he looked at them and repeated what I said to the other gentle man that was standing near by. I went and sat back down to give then a chance to offer a solution and there was none. I ended up throwing them in the trash and leavig. Afterwards I called back and informed them that they should have offered a solution. I didn't want the money back I justwanted some edible garlic knots. They still did not offer to take care of the issue. Who knows what everyone happened to good customer service. I guess it doesn't matter if you loose a good customer because I won't use you for anymore of my future funtions in which I use to do so often in the past.
