Dunkin' — Restaurant in Secaucus

This is the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to. I go to this Dunkin because it is very close to work. The employees are super rude. Customer service is key and this place does not know the meaning of it. I will never return. I had a gift card (6 large Hot Coffees or Teas), I asked for a large coffee with almond milk. At the end of the transaction I am being charged an extra 20 cents. I did not understand why that was. Apparently, the gift card does not cover the almond milk. This is unacceptable. No where on the gift card does it say almond milk is not covered. It was a gift card that someone else bought with their money, expecting for the full coffee milk and sugar to cover the cost. There is no extra cost for regular milk. I am Vegan and do not drink or eat any dairy products. This is discriminatory against vegans. In the world we live in now a days, this dunkin is way behind the times. I have been to other dunkin donuts, and used the card and was not charged extra. I have been to THIS dunkin actually in the past and have not been charged extra. Sanket Kumar was ridiculous and by far the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. Asked for medium coffee and loaded hash browns and the cashier in the front she’s a regular there by the way. Took my order thinking I was getting the correct stuff. She didn’t hear me and gave me another item instead of the loaded hash browns I asked for smh and went on ahead to give me an attitude because she made the mistake and it’s always the same person she always has an attitude makes me wonder did I do something to her that I don’t know of. I’ve been coming here for years she’s been working there for years as well. I don’t understand why the sudden change towards and mind you it’s not the first time she has done this. My last couple of visits the same cashier has been getting my order wrong or takes it upon herself to serve people she knows ahead of me. I am a big fan of Dunkin', but this location I was disappointed in. I usually order a beacon, egg & cheese on a bagel with a large coffee. When I asked for a bagel they looked at me like I had two heads. They said they only have English muffins. The way they said it reminded me of the old Saturday Night Live skit Chess burger. I would have let that slide because I did notice a bagel shop in the same strip mall so most likely they are not allowed to sell bagels as part of their lease.
