This was the worst visit ever. Usually, this McDonald's is very fast & my order gets done correctly for the most part. However, not on this day. I'm not sure if someone thought they were being cute or if just forgot to add 1 of the condiments I wanted in my coffee. What I do know is; instead of sweetened coffee, I received what tasted & looked like warm milk. I was on my way to a job, but since I am my own boss, I decided to go back home to make sure someone didn't give me straight creamer.To be honest, there had to be atleast a small amount of coffee in it because upon closer inspection, the color was a very light beige. This is the only reason I remained calm & didn't take my cup of whatever back to the restaurant to visit a manager. I couldn't taste any sweetener or coffee for that matter. Usually, even if someone forgets to stir the coffee before they hand it to me I can still tell there is sugar in the cup by the taste. This also was not the case. My order is (crazy, I know...) a large coffee add 20 sugar & 10 creme. I treat myself atleast once a week to breakfast from Mickey D's which is how I can tell when they don't get my order correct. I also usually try to take it w/a grain of salt as I used to manage a fast food restaurant myself. I feel pretty sure it was not so much a mistake as it was deliberate. Especially when, 2 more employees, besides the lady handing me my order, walked up to peek out the drive-through window. I don't think I'll be going back...
Read more8 pm on a Sunday evening I used the app to do a pick up at this MD's.. big mistake.. when I arrived at the restaurant 5 minutes after placing my order no one was at the front counter and I could see the manager or assistant, texting on her phone.. talking to employees like she was on a break in fact I think the whole place was on a break.. after 10 minutes of standing there and other people walking in I leaned over the counter and I hollered back her way asking if there is anybody working up front she came over and said, they are short staffed.. blah blah blah, so if your short staffed you have an excuse to ignore customers I suppose in her mind.. she then went back and found my order and bagged it up.. sandwich was good but probably the worst fries I've ever had from McD's.. this experience has ruined me for McDonald's for a while so I have deleted the app.. and the main reason I have gone this far with this review because if I owned that restaurant I would want to know how it was being ran.. can't fix something if you don't...
Read moreI am so mad at this place. I went here once again Thursday night and low and behold the grill cooks screw our order up as usual. So rule or policy is your name can only be in the food book like 3 times or so. Well so your policy doesnt cover complaints after 3 times. That is the most messed up unprofessional thing you can do. Its not our fault Kim the management doesnt know how to properly train her crew. I dont need the free meal its just really frustrating when you pay an extra price for bacon to be added and the crew cant add the bacon. Maybe you should recommend eye doctor app. So we go thro drive thru tonight for the rude hateful manager to tell me she cant serve us per Rude Kim. First of all if they had the old crew back there wouldn't be all these screw ups. So i not only got poor and rude customer service tonight at the McDonald's i cant believe how those managers even can keep the crews in line and the store needs some marjor over head. Kim i believe its time you to retire you need to bring your frustration...
