GameStop — Local services in Sedalia

I ordered a game last Friday and was told 1-3 days to ship. A week later, I haven't received it. I called the store, they suggested I call Customer Service. I called Customer Service and never got through and finally left a call back number...but nothing happened.

I called the store and got the run-around there as the salesperson said that I would have to come in again and do the same procedure over to order the game. Why would I do that, when they failed so spectacularly the first time?

Apparently, in my long business experience, you are going bankrupt when customer service is so titanically bad that you can offer absolutely no customer satisfaction...or basic services. You can keep my money! I will order...

The worst customer service. I've never had a problem with this store that I come in to a lot until this evening around 6pm. The employee at the register had me and my son waiting 10 minutes for her friends to check out before us. They had 1 or 2 games to check out. When we finally got up to check out, the femals employee with brown hair and glasses was too concerned about chatting to her girlfriends about relationships and drinking tequila. She barely acknowledged me or my son. She even was so distracted during the transaction she would forget to push the buttons on her end. Pretty embarrassing customer service. I won't be going back to this store with...

Terrible, I bought a xbox one S and after 3 weeks stop to work, I'm believe they buying this game console and just put inside the box and put to sell, they never check if that work or not, but I ask to have my money back and the girl told me because they don't have one to replace, but she told me than she can order online for me and in 3 days will be in my home, and I tough that will be nice, but today is 9th day and I still waiting for the console and the tracking number shows the usps still waiting for the package.... please don't waist your time with this terrible store, save little bit more money and buy a new console for you, will be...
