Subway — Restaurant in Sedona

Ordered a BLT and A tuna sandwich on line, put in notes I would go through the drive thru to pick it up. Am sick didn't want to spread my germs. I have ordered online before with no issues. I get there and a thin young woman with glasses opens the window with an attitude and says can I take your order? I said I already ordered online she says we didn't get an online order, someone else working there hands it to her, she gives it to me, ( I already paid online), then slams the window and walks away. Had to knock on the window for quite a while to get the chips I ordered and didn't get. Then I go home and looked at the sandwiches, the tuna was inedible looked like a 2 year old made it it was all mashed up like it had been squeezed and dropped a few times. But the real kicker was the BLT....A piece of bread with bacon stuck in it. And that;s all. Went back not in a very good mood mind you, ans the one who was so rude at the window tells me I didn't ask for any veggies on my BLT. ?????? I said it's a bacon LETTUCE and TOMATO sandwich, lettuce and tomato should be a gimme. She then tells me that's what happens when you order online. I come here 4 times a week at least. But I noticed when Edward is there it’s been a bad experience every time. He’s rude, he doesn’t want to be there and his attitude is very poor. When you ask for more of something he makes sure to put every bit of spite into giving it to you. He doesn’t close the sandwich and intentionally tucks the paper inside of the sandwich as he rolls it up. A quarter of the stuff I had in the sandwich fell out as he smashed the paper into it and all he said was “Dammit”. The next time I walk into this place, I will turn right around if he is working. I deliver to every subway location in the state of Arizona. This location is beyond disgusting. It appears clean but the manager here should not be a manager. She is more of a heavy set woman with glasses I believe her name is Caron. Has that smoker raspy voice and was coughing and hacking all over the toppings and meats. I MEAN LITERALLY COUGHING ALL OVER THEM AND HANDLING EVERYTHING WITH HER BARE HANDS! She was very rude to the customers I witnessed that stopped into this location.
