EDIT, update: I was overcharged....I believe I was quoted $100 a night for 2 nights....no resort fees...I left on time and left everything clean and was charged twice as much. I will contact for my receipt as I can't find the physical or email but my bank tells me that I was charged extra and way more days later....

Pretty affordable rooms for Sedona with great interior design and spacious.
Some of the softest pillows I've had at 3 star hotel. The bed is super firm is you like that. Not uncomfortable but firm. I prefer soft but the bed seems high quality and the comforter is soft and clean.
The fire place is a nice touch. It's nice that the hotel offers laundry room, ice, a hot tub and pool. I wish the pool was open and hour or so later but that's okay.
There is a market place that's right behind the hotel and super convenient.
The lady at the front, I wish I got her name, she is super sweet, accomadating and provides service very quickly.
I wish the office was open overnight, due to my worries of losing my key card and getting locked out. But for a smaller hotel such as this, it's understandable.
I believe this hotel is more affordable as it doesn't allow pets nor has a hotel lobby. I love being able to save on prices because of it.
And it's nice that wifi is password protected instead of public and it's a great wifi connection.
Edit after complete stay:
The employee Nick was very accomodating during my check out process and let me use their wifi after check out to do my online college course on Zoom.
The jets in the jacuzzi were somewhat dirty. Everything else in the room was clean.
I was somewhat nervous when Nick told me that I need to watch out for smelling like "incense" when I first talked to him. I said I was using pure lavender essential oils and not burning nor smoking anything in there. The $700 smoking charge that their policy states made me nervous that he felt I was maybe burning or smoking something. After he told me I stopped using my essential oils even though I wanted to. But just caution to anyone booking the jacuzzi suites to be aware of smelly products and to probably not use bath soaks, bath bombs or essential oils. - I don't believe they charged me for anything, and Nick said my deposit should be returned but the conversation did make me anxious.
Regardless of everything, I still think this hotel deserves the 5 stars for its great customer service, clean rooms, and comfy and quiet atmosphere.
If I could've afforded to stay more nights,...
Read moreIf I could give this establishment a 0/5 star I would. I’m from out of town visiting with a friend and I parked figuring it was okay because there were NO signs that said for customers only or get towed away at your own expense so I figured it was okay to park for a short period of time and the parking lot was empty too. A man I found out to be the owner of the establishment aggressively approached me and my friend and asked if we are staying, I politely said no and then he said I could get towed away. I asked if he was the manager because as far as I was concerned he could’ve just been a customer or some random person. He said yes and then asked for me to leave in a disrespectful manner, I walked away and decided to leave then he approached me from behind and started screaming at me, called me the B word, told me to get the F out of here, and took a picture of my license for what I’m not sure. I’m a 20 something young female and was shocked at the disrespect this so called “owner” showed. He then stated if I asked someone he would’ve let me park but the lights in the office were not one and there was no sign to indicate the business was open aside from the maintenance cleaning. He then proceeded to continue to yell and become EXTREMELY disrespectful. I admit I did become upset because I was leaving and HE approached me and started screaming and cursing at me. I would NOT recommend coming here. The picture of the lights off building was the so called front office where no one appeared to be with no sign of a non parking area or private...
Read moreMy boyfriend and I stayed here for three days for our 10 year anniversary earlier this month. We took a brief road trip to the neighboring cities of Jerome, Sedona, and Cottonwood as well.
My boyfriend paid for a luxury room with a jacuzzi and fireplace, which of course incurred additional charges. When we arrived for our 9 PM check-in, we discovered the fireplace didn't work so we called down to the front desk. They told us the fireplaces don't turn on until later in the year, which seemed odd as it was already cold outside at night. The manager swung by the next morning with housekeeping to turn it on for us, which was nice.
The room itself was very dated. There were several layers of dust on the furniture, dead bugs by the air conditioning unit, and a few spots on the floor that appeared to sink in. We were a little concerned about this since our room was upstairs, but we ended up learning to avoid them as we walked around.
The cafe next door was wonderful - we stopped there for breakfast the next morning after our arrival. We had a nice time perusing the area and spent minimal time in the hotel room so overall, it was a...
