So here's a new review from me on Church's Chicken, here in Seguin.
So last night I walked over to the store, since its two blks from my house. I arrived appx 9:10, more than 50 mins b4 their closing hrs of 10PM, But 10 mins after their lobby closing hrs, ie., use the Drive Thru! I did just that, walking up to the service window. Was greeted late by what appeared to be the night mgr, as he sounded of authority.
I asked to place a togo order for 4 people and was surprisingly told multiple stories in order of: 1) we're outta chicken (really?), 2) have to handle other drive thru orders (no vehicles anywhere in line or ordering) 3) they can't serve walk up orders in the togo line..... I was told I had to be in a vehicle to be served (really)!
As was obvious, how else do you serve a walk up, togo order, after the lobby/dinning area closes.
This WHOLE MGT TEAM at this location must go!!
3 different LIES on why not able to serve me! It's ridiculous that this Mgr & Staff can still be considered employable!
They've now lost my business permanently!
It's up to Corp or Owner to fix this permanent failure to perform with Total Customer Satisfaction in mind!

Lol, lol, after reading a few of these reviews now I know that I'm not the exception but rather the norm.
So I arrived at the restaraunt @ 8:55 & the Front door was locked (hrs on the glass said Lobby closes at 9PM), but everyone working inside. After knocking on the window they opened the door for me.
While at the counter to place my to-go order, the Mgr arrived and promptly told me the Lobby restaraunt was closed and that I'd have to go thru the drive thru to place my order. Two things, I wasn't staying to eat in the restaraunt, it was a to-go Order & 2) I wasn't in a vehicle, as I was a walk up Customer.
With that said, I went to the Outside, drive thru window and placed my order. After much confusion, I finally recd my $15 order but were OUT of Fries (REALLY) and I said put "whatever" in!
Just a terribly, overall miserable, experience.
The MGR needs to be replaced, as his attitude was terrible thru the process and looked like he hates his job!! Please put him out of his MISERY!!!!!
PS - And they only served three pcs of a 5 pc Tenders...
Read moreWent here last night after visiting San Antonio and driving back to Houston. My friends and I were craving some jalapeño bombers and biscuits. When I got to this location, it took 5 minutes to order my food. We decided to order separately so each can pay their own, however, the rude manager stated that they were not able to do separate order because of “confusion” and if I wanted to do it I would have to come inside. Mind you it is 6:00PM and I am trying to get back home ASAP so I order everything together; 1 large bombers and a 6 count biscuit. When I reached the window I was told to go park. Tell me why it took 30 minutes for something so simple to be made. It was now 6:30 so I decided to walk inside to question where my food was. Turns out it was never made. I finally get my food from the manager who took my order and question him where the rest of my food is which is sitting tucked away. The Hispanic manager with the glasses had no care in the world for how long I had been waiting for something so simple nor did he educate his staff. In the end when I received my food and threatened to write a bad review, the manager decided to give me a refund but TOOK THE FOOD AWAY. How shameful, why could you not have given me a refund before I wasted my previous time over this pathetic location. I work for a fast food-Chick fil A as a manager and I would never ever have had this happen. EVER! I train my staff to have great customer service for a reason. And if anything ever goes wrong I make sure to sincerely apologize and give them vouchers for next time. This location left me very disappointed. It took the fast out of fast food. Another family has turned away because no one has taken her order. Employees were moving like zombies... SLOW. I will be contacting...
Read moreI go to this place only because of convenience. Today I had no cars in front of me when I pulled in the drive thru. I still had to wait 7 minutes. It has no inside service so I'm not sure what the wait was for. I've ordered the same thing most of the time when I've gone. This time I ordered a special they had on the sign outside. Grande meal advertised with 8 piece fried chicken + 8 piece chicken tenders, mashed potatoes, Cole slaw, Mac and cheese and biscuits. I was told they didn't have man and cheese. That didn't bother me because everyone I go( no matter how early or late) they never have Mac and cheese. So they asked if I'd like to substitute. I said yes. Double order of mashed potatoes is fine but can I also change Cole slaw for corn. They said yes plus I ordered an extra corn. They repeated my order and said everything I said I wanted on my order. I payed for my order. Today they said they don't do military discount anymore. That didn't bother me. They have me my receipt and my order. They said everything was in the bag. I get home and my order didn't have the chicken strips. I received the Cole slaw which I changed for corn. I received the one extra corn I ordered. I ordered 5 jalapenos and only received 3. I didn't get any biscuits but when I asked for honey they gave that to me. I've tried to call by phone and I've never been able to get someone to answer the call ever.
