Bojangles' Famous Chicken 'n Biscuits — Restaurant in Selma

I believe I got food poisoning Order was to go 2 chicken biscuits large bo rounds and chicken tenders for my dog. I feed my dog the tenders. Left and headed to Myrtle Beach. I ate one chicken biscuit and drank my coffee. And started feeling a sharp pain in my stomach. Made it to my destination and it got really bad. The pain in my stomach that is. Laid down and room started to spin and my stomach started to grumble. When and sat on the toilet and all of a sudden it started coming out the bottom and then all of a sudden it came up and I had no control of either end's. Still this morning I and feeling bad. My stomach is full of AIR COMING OUT THE BOTTOM END!! I had neve felt like I do this a.m. very bad!! I have ate at this location it's been several years and yesterday day was CRAZY!! 24 hours later and still feel like CRAP I just don't understand this I have eatin for a long time. And never been this sick feeling!! I could imagine eating that 2nd biscuit. The next day still have stomach cramps and diarrhea still. What ever I ate must have been real bad!! There is a bad problem at this restaurant. I have never in all my years get this sick before!! Well here we go day 4 and unable to keep anything in me. It's still painful grumbling in my stomach and feeling very weak. Is ot ever going to stop!! Food poisoning or what is it?? WOW Finally 6 days later and kinda feel normal!! It's a shame to spend money on food and get sick as a dog for a whole week. Not able to eat anything that doesn't go straight thru yah!! What is wrong with...

Update to the below - leaving feedback for corporate does nothing except get you a free meal which in turn will probably be about as crappy as the first. I’m going to update this post everytime I visit this location with my experience good or bad and a picture.

11/16/24 - burnt supremes (but not hot) one supreme has breading falling off and biscuit is overdone.

Original post- There really needs to be another location opened in this area. This location is consistently too busy and it seems to affect the quality of the food. You would think this would mean the food would always be fresh but no what seems to happen is they cook loads of food in advance and then it sits under the light. The fries are NEVER crispy they are just soggy & sad. The tenders are typically hard and just warm never hot. Maybe it’s a mixture of being too busy and poor/bad quality grease being used (not being changed enough) idk. More often than not the drive thru is backed up to the road - after already going through the back of the parking lot. Inside isn’t any better … this clearly shows there is enough business to open another location in this area and allow both to offer better quality to their customers. I never get soggy fries and hard tenders from any other location except this one & it’s been like this for years now - but didn’t use to be. My family and I went there today after 3 pm. So management should know who they had working. A young guy was taking the order and I ask for him to give me a minute. He proceed to rush and got an attitude asking if it was something he could help me with. No one was there or behind me. My sister ordered I choose not to order because he was being rude. I heard alot of children it seem laughing in the back while he was taking the order. When getting to the 2nd window a young girl (light complexion weird eyebrows) was acting silly. She didn't put the straw in the box or bag. She handed me the box, bag, drink than straw but the way she done it was as if she was being funny better yet acting foolish. Please hire respectful, clean, intelligent adults. My sister said the food was garbage. I can only pray they didn't do anything to it. But she did say the pie had been dropped. So obviously dirt was on it. I do alot of reviews and known for them so you may want to get better help for the business go completely down. Another thing treating people kind cost 0 dollars and you never know whom you may be entertaining. Reaping what you sow good and bad is real.
