I recently visited quantum toad cocktail bar in Selma, NC, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the stylish and sophisticated interior. The black tile floor added a sleek, modern touch, while the old fireplace brought a sense of warmth and charm to the space—a perfect blend of contemporary and classic.

The commitment to quality here is evident in everything they do. Their cocktails are crafted with high-end or locally sourced ingredients, and you can truly taste the difference. I ordered an amaretto sour, and let me tell you—it was the best I’ve ever had. Perfectly balanced, smooth, and full of flavor.

QT features many unique cocktails that you can’t find anywhere else and they made all the classics too. The specialize in tea cocktails and have seasonal menus. The charcuterie single had an exquisite choice of cheese, crackers fruits and veggies. The bartender Chelsea was not only skilled but also incredibly fun and engaging, adding to the overall enjoyment of the evening.

Quantum Toad is hands-down one of our favorite spots in Selma! The vibe is super awesome—basically a fun, modern speakeasy. We almost always go for one of these cocktails: The Texican (spicy and SOO yummy), the smoked Revolver (very smooth), the Super Blue 75 (a fun lavender twist on a classic), and the Watermelon Mojito (light and refreshing, perfect for a Sunday afternoon).
