I’m gonna start with the positives: at first I was so happy with their service and products, Kim was always so nice and helpful, coming up with suggestions for my engagement ring and wedding band, she was truly great! We needed things quickly, and she said she was gonna make sure we had everything on time. When we went there to pick up engagement ring and wedding bands, like 3 days before the wedding, we were truly disappointed and sad that she actually forgot to order the wedding band. It was the holidays and everything but she wrote it all down and I just don’t get how they skipped such important part! So of course I freaked out, but still was patient and understanding because Kim made sure I had another similar ring sent to my house on time for the wedding. So at the end it worked out but to me it was a little careless and sloppy how they made such big mistake :/ And with the engagement ring, I was very happy until I looked closer and it looked like dirty, it had and appearance as if it had dust or some little specks of scratches…I don’t know, the delivery of the products was not as expected :( she had to clean the ring for a while and I was just expecting more. But still, mistakes can be made, they apologized, recognized their errors and tried to make up to them, so I would give them another chance and would probably come back, they’re affordable and good...

A True Gem in Our Community There’s something special about walking into a locally owned jewelry store. That’s how I feel every time I walk into Selma Jewelry on Raiford Road in Selma NC. I brought in a very sentimental piece — a necklace that needed repaired and I purposely waited until I got home to get it fixed because I knew it would be in good hands. The staff took care of me with such kindness — it felt like I was leaving something precious with family. The repair work was flawless and the crucifix they helped me find was absolutely amazing. It arrived safely, lovingly packaged, with a sticker thanking me for trusting them. That’s the kind of personal touch you just don’t find often these days. I’m so grateful to have a jewelry store like this in our town -. I’ve been going there for years and no matter what state I’m in, I’m a lifelong customer, and I couldn’t recommend them...

This is a GREAT place to go!! The people are super nice and very helpful! I left several rings to be resized and a couple of them needed a little extra attention. They called and give updates so I always knew what was going on with my rings. The rings have a LOT of sentimental value. My wedding rings, my mom's ring and my grandmothers ring. It's taken me forever to get this done because I was scared to leave them anywhere. The girls behind the counter made me feel very comfortable leaving them.
