If I could give Sola Creations 10 stars I would! If you are looking for a quinceañera dress, stop looking around and go to this boutique. We are new to the area and were in need of a dress so we decided to give this place a try. As SOON as we walked in we were greeted by the employees and were given the run down on how they operate. My daughter was allowed to try on however many dresses she wanted with no pressure. Sergio took down some dresses he thought she would like based on the color and style we described. Gabby, behind the counter, had so much information about all the dress styles and colors. Then, Maya helped my daughter try on the dresses that were selected. It was all so great. If i could i would give zero stars. I ordered a dress 7 months ago but it never arrived i am 4 weeks from my nieces quinceañera celebration but sola creation never showed the professionalism that they talk about I never got a call or a text to the very least inform me of the status of my order, i went back in December to check on it and they never found my order luckily i made the payment with my bank card so i was able to show when the order was made, i believe that for some reason the order of the dress was never made in the first place but still December was a good time to order, i believed in the owner and went home with the expectation of getting my dress buy February.. Unfortunately that didn’t happen went to check on the dress Thursday the 7th but was told it hadn’t arrived yet, again my order was placed 7 to 8 months earlier so now 4 weeks till the party and my niece had no dress..so unprofessional and irresponsible, luckily I spoke with the owner of another store in the same town, i went to see the dresses on Saturday and by monday i had a dress ready at home. I hope no one has to deal with this in the future …….

Hace 7 meses casi 8 fui en busca de vestido de quinceañera para mi sobrina y lo encontre con sola creation el problema es ke el vestido nunca llego en diciembre fui para ver ke pasaba por ke nunca resibi ni llamada o mensaje para abisarme el estado de mi orden cuando pregunte no encontraron mi orden asta ke les mostre mi record del banco donde por fortuna pague con la tarjeta y kedo el rejistro del pago, la verdad llo pienso ke nunca se hiso la orden pero confie en ellos pues el dueño me aseguró ke pronto llegaria mi vestido. Marzo 7 fui a ver ke pasaba otra ves por ke nunca me hablaron y me dijeron ke mi vestido aun no llegaba me kedan 4 semanas para la fiesta y me pedian ke esperara mas tiempo, fue toda una falta de profesionalismo por parte de este lugar y el dueño muy irresponsables gracias a dios el sabado 9 de marzo la dueña de otra tienda en la misma ciudad me alludo muy amable y hoy lunes lla tengo un vestido para mi sobrina, en tan solo unos dias me pudo tener un vestido. My sister in law ordered a dress march 10th for a wedding in June, never received a call...when she called about the dress in june 1st. they said they hadn't received it but they were going to call. Then they said it was rushed ordered. It is now a day away from the event, they said they received it, we go in and it clearly is a dress that was hand made by their seamstress, we compared it to the original in the store not the same, it didn't even have the tag.
