Food is fantastic, service...not so much. We have been here many times, the food is constantly Great! The service is hit or miss. You cannot go wrong with anything on the menu.... Seriously. All of the chicken dishes are always plump and juicy. The veal is always very tender. Noodles and sauces always on par. Baked ravioli is delicious. Salads always fresh. On a Sunday evening, the service sucked. When we arrived, the young hostess greeted is very nicely. We were meeting another couple and was glancing around the room to see if they were there, one of the other young staff members came up to talk to the hostess. We were totally ignored as they carried on a conversation. A conversation that started out to be work related then turned personal. We stood there for 3 to 5 minutes while they carried on a completely unnecessary conversation. Then for the wait staff. Brought our drinks right away. Didn't explain the specials, just pointed them out on a paper (this was unusual for this place). We were still looking over the menu, so she said she would be back. Well we waited, and waited, and waited, and finally after she walked past our table several times, we asked one of the other staff members to send her to our table. She took our order and our food came out in a decent timeframe. Although we had to ask for straws, ask for cracked pepper, ask for our salads, ask for freshly grated cheese, ask for refills on our drinks, ask for boxes, ask for her to take our dishes from the table. Every time one of us asked for something, she answered "why of course you can". Are you kidding me? To our waitress: You are in the wrong business. It was Sunday evening, the place was not full. Even on your worst day, we should have had better service than that! Especially at a place that is charging $15 to $30 for an entree. If your going to make money waiting tables, you need...

Amazing! 1st time here. My fiancee is Italian and comes from a big italian family and he couldnt stop raving about it. He chose the place after doing some research online and saw all the good reviews. We had no complaints. Which is rare for a 1st time visit to a new place. Shout out to our waitress Taylor. Her service was on point and above and beyond. Brought us an extra plate even when we said no we shouldnt need it. And we did. She was friendly and prompt and everything you should be as a server. And we are both prior servers. And i used to serve at a italian restaurant. Another server or busser cleared a plate of mine just because they were walking by. Just great service. Portions are awesome and big, truly Italian and filling and tasty. We ordered alot since it was our 1st time. He tries chicken parm at every Italian place we go to and he says its the best hes had. Drinks were amazing. I wish i had had room for dessert, but it all sounded good. The way it looks outside and its location are misleading. Dont judge a book by its cover because inside took us by surprise. Very nice decor and atmosphere. You can dress up and feels like a date night spot. I work at aldis right next door and so it was cool to find this hidden gem. Might order lunch from here now. We will definitely be back!! Cant wait to try more 😊 bread is very tasty and the cheese on top really makes it. The sauce is amazing and tastes like homemade...im assumming it is. Only thing...is i added salt to my ceasar salad and even a bit to my veal parm. Maybe i just like salty stuff but it was amazing without it anyways. Pizza was fresh and hot and reallllly good. Stuffed peppers are the best ive had. Just a really really good...

I heard about this Italian restaurant so I decided to go give it a try. I heard that they served spaghetti with no meat and has their own marinara sauce instead of spaghetti sauce. Once I arrived, there was a lovely young woman who greeted me. She was very energetic, bubbly, and full of smiles. I act like I was going to take her picture and she was like nooo! Really pleasant atmosphere, very clean, hand sanitizer. I ordered the chicken Parmesan from the lunch special. And the photos are of what I got for $12. The salad was good, with italian ranch dressing. The spaghetti to my surprise was really great with the private marinara sauce. I want to stress that it was some of the best spaghetti I've had. Simple but delicious. Then there was the chicken. It was a nice size portion, outer crust very crunchy. Usually that means the meat inside is very dry. In this case it was not. Not only did it have a very nice crunch, but the chicken was moist. Not dry at all. They have very nice clientele that comes in, a nice bar, some really wonderful waitresses, great host and a really great manager to whom I spoke to. My waitress carol was very good with the service I received and possessed a good knowledge of the items on the menu. I highly recommend this place to everyone around Northeast Ohio. Go there and taste some great authentic Italian food, and taste some good mixed drinks. Enjoy the atmosphere and leave with some good memories. And please, a note to all who pay with credit cards, please be sure to bring some cash with you to tip the waitresses. This method really helps them out. Be sure you go there to this...

We have talked about going to eat here for a long time and finally got a chance to go October 28, 2020. We decided to have a late lunch. Dawn was the person that took care of our table and she was amazing with quick, friendly and helpful service every step of the way. Just PERFECT. My husband and I started out with raspberry long Island iced tea that were excellent and the flavor was spot on. We also had some wonderful homemade bread pieces that we couldn't stop eating. The piece la resistance was the Veal Parmigiano which is a dinner portion but served all day. We substituted angel hair spaghetti with Mama's white sauce (next time we HAVE TO TRY EDDIE'S PIZZERIA CERINO ASIAGO WHITE CHEESE SAUCE). We have included pictures below because the plating and presentation was beautiful. Although we did not have room for dessert they do have several offerings and we took tiramisu to go and Dawn and her manager included homemade lemon cookies for us to try - we're sure it's all delicious but will describe it once we try it.! Thank you to Eddie's Pizzeria Cerino. Dawn and the Manager for a wonderful dining experience. We look forward to our next visit....SOON!!!

Focaccia bread is warm and delicious with the olive oil, provided on the table. If you enjoy warm bread dipped in oil flecked with pepper and Parmesan Cheese, then you might need to ask early on for the Parmesan Cheese. Unless your dish comes with Parmesan - it will be served with the meal and by that time the bread will not be warm. There is a Happy Hour Tuesday through Friday from 3 - 6 PM listed on the menu. Otherwise, no Happy Hour details on their website. Appetizers, wine, beer - cans/bottles, draft beer, and alcoholic mixed drinks are discounted. A lunch menu is provided on the back. The lunch dishes are $12 and up; however, there is enough food for leftovers at these prices. The French fries are listed as seasoned - not really. Plus, take a look at my photograph - there was a lack of seasoning. The other guests had salads with their lunches - and the Caesar Salads looked plentiful and extra creamy with the salad dressing. I don't opt out of French Fries often but that was the only item I did not really like. So Caesar Salad for me next time.
