254 Middle Creek Road. Earlier this year my wife wanted to order Dominos again. I refused to order it. Told her to use her account. So she did and I got to say, Food was delivered in a timely manner, prepared well. Today makes the 4th time or so we have order Dominos on her account this year. I want to Congratulate you all on the improvements you have made! The food has been Excellent each time!! Tracking has gotten better and allowing feedback on app is great. Keep up the Good work. I recommend giving this store a call for some Great Food, really have made big improvements. I'm glad my wife made that order earlier this year.
Thank You all at 254 Middle Creek Road
254 Middle Creek Road. This store is pathetic! Place order at 8:19pm out of the oven at 9:00pm. Then after hour wait for the perfection check. My order is canceled! Sunday night and they cancel my order at 3 mins till 10 o'clock. They said they called but we never recieved a call. But here the GREAT CARE THEY HAVE! I DIDNT RECEIVE MY FOOD CAUSE THEY WERE OUT OF THE LAVA CAKE!! So instead of refunding the lava cake and bringing us the FOOD that we are so hungry to eat. They just decided we wouldn't want to eat the food with out the cake and cancelled! Where is the common sense at? Thanks for making my family go to bed hungry, cause we sure wouldnt have ate the food without that lava cake!
How to handle something the wrong way
Your way!
(Employee) to Manager, we are out of lava cake. I cant get an answer from the Howard's!
(Manager) to Employee, OK well try to call a few more times, if they dont answer! Ill just cancel the order after they have waited for 2 hours, We cant send that philly cheese sandwich, chicken carbonara and medium pepperoni pizza out to them without knowing what to replace the lava cake with!! They should gave us a working number!
(ME) to who ever, I'm dumbfounded by the response I just received why my order is canceled! I have to hang up so I dont say mean things, that I later will have regrets of!
I will no longer order Dominos!! You lost a customer! And I will warn any and everybody not to order from this store. Lost a customer over cake batter, something that probably cost pennies to the company compared to the sell price.
Two options.
Option 1, The no brainer solution, REFUND THE LAVA CAKE, DELIVER THE FOOD!!! The food is the reason we ordered Dominos, not the dessert.
Option 2, Refund the lava Cake, toss in the other two desserts DELIVER THE FOOD WITHOUT THE LAVA CAKE, TELL THE CUSTOMER WE APOLOGIZE, We tried to reach you and was unable to. We didnt have the lava cake, but we did refund it and gave you our other two desserts and hope you can enjoy one of those for the inconvenients.
Customer is happy and thankful of the jester of making up for not having the lava cake, the driver now gets that money as a tip! Company loses a few pennies but customer returns for more food in the future!
Customer repeats the good jester of how good Dominos is and how they care about the customer. Good for...

I recently ordered from the Domino’s on Middle Creek in Sevierville, TN, hoping to give the chain another chance after a bad experience at the Seymour location a year ago. Unfortunately, this experience was just as frustrating, if not worse.
I placed an order online using the $9.99 coupon that allows you to get a pizza "any way you want it" with extra toppings at no extra charge. I ordered three pizzas and a buffalo box, making sure to check my order before leaving the store. However, when I looked at the pizzas, they looked identical to what I would receive if I had ordered at full price with fewer toppings. One pizza was even worse—it was so bare that you could see the dough through the cheese.
When I called the store to ask why my pizzas didn’t reflect the extra toppings, I spoke with the manager, Donnie, and his response was incredibly frustrating. He told me that if you add multiple toppings, Domino’s actually reduces the portions of each topping. For example, a regular pepperoni pizza is supposed to have 40 pepperonis, but if you add other toppings (like mushrooms, olives, and extra cheese), they cut the pepperoni down to 25 and just add a little extra of everything else. This means customers are actually getting LESS of each topping, not more, even though they are advertised as "extra toppings at no extra charge."
I also ordered the viral Philly cheesesteak pizza that has been all over TikTok, with extra cheese, bacon, and other toppings. When I opened the box, it looked nothing like the ones in the viral videos—completely underwhelming and lacking the generous toppings I expected.
The most frustrating part of this whole situation was the lack of customer service. I was polite and simply wanted to understand why my pizzas looked the way they did, but Donnie acted like he didn’t care and told me, "That’s just how it works. You just don’t understand." Instead of addressing my concerns, he was dismissive and unhelpful.
This isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience with Domino’s. A year ago, I had an issue with the Seymour location where I paid for extra toppings, and they left off the extra cheese entirely—despite my proof in photos, the manager at that time just argued with me instead of fixing the mistake.
In today’s economy, when food is so expensive, it’s infuriating to pay nearly $60 for pizza and feel like I’ve been scammed. If you’re planning to use the $9.99 "any way you want it" deal, just know that you will not actually get the extra toppings you expect—they will reduce the amount of each topping the more you add, and you’ll end up with a pizza no different than a standard order. If you really want extra toppings, you’ll have to add them yourself at home.
I will not be ordering from Domino’s again. The lack of honesty, poor customer service, and deceptive advertising make it clear that they do not value their customers.
Hope this...
Read moreupdate: 5/31/19 The pizza was pretty good... delayed slightly due to heavy business... but I gotta tell ya... you guys otta test new employees before turning them loose on a cash register. This girl took nearly 5 minutes just to take my cash, and bring my change... and she did that wrong. My order total was $8.93... I gave her a $10 bill, and three cents... meaning I shoulda gotten back one dollar, and one dime. simple... right? She gave me back two dollar bills. Now... I tried telling her my change was wrong... but she clearly had no idea what I was talking about, nor did she know how to make change... so, I decided to let her learn by trying to balance the cash drawer. A mind is a terrible thing. Update: 7/29/18 The quantity of toppings is... well, 'sparce' is the very best (nicest) thing I could possibly say, here. The update... even though, Domino's is literally 90 seconds from my home, and Papa John's is less than 2:30... I will drive 10 minutes, thru tourist traffic, several stupidly-timed traffic lights, and usually, lines at the cash register(s), sometimes to, or out the door... to buy a decently-populated pizza... at LITTLE CAESAR's. What does THAT tell you? I wonder... if Domino's ever gets complaints of foreign objects on their pizza... like onion, green peppers, or the like.
update: 6/17/17 first... the Domino's Tracker said I hadn't placed an order... I checked my bank app... showed $10.05 domino's debit. I called... order had been ready... no notification. Picked it up, got it home... wasn't cut AT ALL (normally order 'square-cut"... one of the options on-line... (yet, out of the 6-8 times I've ordered, they have NEVER gotten that right... even once). I called to complain... the guy wanted me to drive back for them to cut it... no 'comp' offer at all. Hot pizza?... it likely WAS. Funny... I never remember ordering pizza to be problematic at Pappa John's. Also... since I'm giving my review... the quantity of toppings is just enough to qualify... legally.
can never get them to cut it in squares, although that IS a choice on the app & online. drive thru window a plus. that order status thingy on the...
