Rally's — Restaurant in Seymour

I'm going to have to for the most part 1 star all of rallies not just this location if they follow the same business practices. Because I went in to compare their five-dollar T-Pain meal to the one you get from McDonald's. And when you go get the meal at McDonald's and you get a five-dollar meal on the picture and it comes out to $5.35 as it should in the state of Indiana. However when I attempted to do that at Rally's the very first thing they did was to meet you in an upcharge by asking do you want that medium or large. I explicitly stated that I want it how it comes which can only be assumed as a small if you want it to be $5 because when I got my receipt it was closer to 7. Which I'm assuming is because it went ahead and gave me a medium fry and drink which is not with the five-dollar meal comes with again assuming based off the price increase. I don't appreciate the deceptive business practices I don't appreciate the surprise charges and the food was average your burger is more bun and filler than meat the Fry's at least that I got or larger in the drink was larger but again I'm assuming that's because of the upcharge. Will not be going back again will continue to use McDonald's...... so as an update to this I did respond to the owner's request that I reach out and contact the link they provided. I discussed with them the situation that I put here and they informed me that some locations it's $6 meal not a $5 meal my response to them was then you need not advertise it on your giant billboard...

Awesome place, friendly workers, food fresh, quick service... I always ate at the Rallys in Franklin, Indiana where I grew up (awesome Rallys too) but am visiting from Kentucky. Ive lived in Kentucky the last 8 years and well, Rallys there is always a drive and farther away. Rallys is all over the North with many locations but the South not so much, it is one of my favorite places and dont expect to find Steak N Shakes in the south neither; unless you plan on driving a far distance to find one; however, Kentucky has many Waffle and Huddle Houses.

Will definitely visit again before heading back to Dunnville, KY (town nearby Liberty, KY) and is in Casey County, Kentucky where my mom is from and my dad is from Indiana residing there and we are currently having home repairs there... Will visit again soon before heading back ..... :)

I am a regular at Rally's in Seymour and usually have great things to say about this store but tonight I am so disappointed I can't even justify giving one star! Whoever is in charge of the night crew at 1: am on Monday December 17th should be terminated immediately for not doing their job, it took 40 minutes in the drive thru to get two sandwiches that we're both wrong, cheese sticks that we're all broken and fries that we're cold, got our sandwiches but nothing else told her, waited, got broken cheese sticks no fries, told her, waited got cold fries, I was cold enough waiting in my car , got home saw what I had paid first and threw it away, disgusting! Tried to call the store but got a recording that' they weren't accepting calls at this ty I can understand why! Signed...
