McDonald's — Restaurant in Shakopee

Me my brother and my friend came to this McDonald's and I ordered a mocha frappe and my friend got three large fries a caramel frappe and an Oreo McFlurry I got my mocha frappe right away and then after 10 minutes my friend finally got her fries after she went up to the manager and told him that she didn't get her food yet he asked for her receipt and then said okay but it was just her fries she didn't get her caramel frappe or her Oreo McFlurry so we figured that it was still coming and we sat back down to wait but then after 10 more minutes it still wasn't ready so my friend went up there again and asked about it and the manager again ask to see her receipt then he said okay but only gave her the McFlurry and she still didn't get her caramel frappe so we figured that they were still making it and sat back down we sat down again for another 10 minutes and then we went up again one of the employees and said we haven't got my caramel frappe yet and she said okay and the manager ask his employee what are you making for them then for the third time he asked to see her receipt and then after another five minutes he finally gave her her caramel frappe and as we were sitting down eating the manager walks up to us and says some lady told me that you guys were getting extra drinks and if I see something like that or hear something like that again I will ban all of you and we tried to tell him that we paid for everything that we got and we didn't steal anything he continue to say that he would ban all of us and that he didn't care what we said me and my brother always go up to this McDonald's almost everyday we've been living in Shakopee for nine years and I've never had a problem with this McDonald's ever we've always been very respectful every time we came in always pay for everything didnt cause any problems for the manager and it took us by surprise that he threatened to ban us even though we've been coming there and not causing any trouble or stealing anything at all if I did give this McDonald's 0 Stars I would because of the situation because I was going to make a complaint to corporate but I decided against it and I probably should because he didn't even ask us if we were taking extra drinks or whatever he was complaining about or whatever some lady told him he didn't even ask he just assumed that we were and knowing me and my brother we going there all the time and never cause not one problem and for him to just assume that we were whatever that lady said we were doing and it...

This was my worst experience i have ever endured at shakopee mn mcdonalds on marshall rd.i went through the drive thru at 10:30 pm on thurs july 2nd 2015 and i ordered my food and also ordered a sweet ice tea .the manager said we are out of the tea so she asked if i wanted unsweetened tea?i replied no and said can i just get my money back for the tea and she gave it back to me.so when she handed me my money i asked her can i just get a free water instead she replied with a horrible attitude and said NO that you either gotta come in or go around thru drive thru just to order the water....i was in shock let me also say my kid was in the car a with me and we both looked at eachother and said did we just hear what we think we heard...i couldnt believe she said to me ...so when one of the employees gave me my food i asked her wher the manager is and she replied thats her the same lady that told me no i could not get the water lets remind you that they did not have anymore sweet tea and were so she did not wanna replace my tea for a cup of water...so i asked the employee could i have a water because they were out of tea that i ordered and she gave me one and when she gave me the free water the manager looked at her like she wasnt suppose to give me the water...I couldnt believe it.i have never experienced anything like this in my life. Not only they were not busy but she was the rudest manager i have ever come across..i hope she gets wriiten up for this because no manager should ever treat a customer like that ever...i will be calling a different manager in reguards of this horrible experience i had there..all i gotta...

I am quite livid about this store right now. My cousin and I went through drive through to get food after sitting in the emergency room for a broken foot for a couple hours. We were never given a reciept so we could not complete a survey. We asked for a receipt at the second window and the young gal gave us attitude and said we should have asked at the first window. She then shut the window and proceeded to SMELL MY SODA, I assume, to see if it was the right kind of soda. This is NOT a joke. I was down right pissed and digusted. After we had recieved our food, we came to see that they messed up our entire order. The sodas were indeed the wrong kind of soda. Our fries were the wrong order sizes. We had specifically ordered large sizes because we wanted the chances at winning coupons stuck to the boxes. We were given medium sizes that had no coupons. My food (BBQ tenders) were absolutely disgusting and soggy. I took one bite and threw them away. By the time we noticed all of the errors, we had already been 10 minutes outside of town on our way home (back to South Dakota). I had called this store 3 or 4 times. It rang and rang and I never got an answer. I am so appalled at the service we recieved today. I will NEVER be back at this store. Overall experience: VERY...
