Taco John's — Restaurant in Shakopee

I was actually quite impressed with the guy working the drive thru window the other night! While i never need a reason to visit your location, i came for a special reason that night. My daughter wanted a Chicken Quesadilla but it was not gonna happen since the grill was already closed down by 9pm. Seems that grill is a pain to work with and it's a bit of an unwelcome addition to your kitchen! But the guys working there did their very best to make up for the problem! I ordered a couple chicken soft tacos with cheese only as a hopeful substitute. When i got home, not knowing what was in the bag, my daughter and i were pleasantly surprised. The guys did their best to make a quesadilla without the grill. They included a note as well. Impressive. And my daughter was pleased with what she got. Keep up the good work there and i'll be back. Give the guy working the window on 4 February a raise. He stepped up. Again, i was impressed and i'll be sure to get there a bit earlier before the grill...

I ordered Uber Eats from this Taco Johns, spent $30 with tip and delivery, 50 minutes later I received the wrong order with no receipt or name attached to my items. Not even a single item was in it that I ordered. I then request a replacement/refund, I then order AGAIN my same order from this same location. I am then 40 minutes later given my order but missing a few items, and wrong sizes, and of course it was only MY side of the order that was missing, not my partners, so I had to suck it up. Was about to just drive there myself and ask for the needed items, but just didn’t wanna deal with this location anymore. 2 1/2+hours of my time, about $45 dollars in total and I got a drink and a cheese quesadilla….Will never ever ever come here again or trust anything to be ordered here....

Wow!! I went here last night and had the best service! Everyone was great from the drive through to the awesome tasting food! I went at around 7:00 pm and the drive through workers were so nice! And when he took my order he repeated it back to me to make sure there were no mistakes! I wish every drive through did this!!! Now let’s get to the food. Who ever made my food rocks because it was so delicious I ordered a Number 2 which is the Super Burrito I got it with a Medium Ole with a Pepsi as well as 3 soft shell tacos and an order of doughnut bites. I can’t even explain how good it was!!! Over all my experience here was awesome and I will be coming back and I really hope they keep up the great...
