Food safety needs to be taken more seriously here.
I have several gastric issues including gastroparesis, so I use non-dairy substitutes and I can usually get by fine, that is assuming my requests are respected. I bought a drink today and requested oat milk, I didn’t get a chance to ask the employees about anything because they set my stuff down and walked away (and frankly, weren’t very friendly).
Immediately upon drinking it it didn’t taste right, but I ignored it at first because I was trying something new. And now 45 minutes later, my stomach is reacting as if I’d drank a bottle of milk. This has never happened before with this location and I don’t think it’s a coincidence there were two employees there I had never seen before.
If someone requests a substitute, just substitute it. If it’s for some reason unavailable, let them know. You have no idea what another person may be dealing with and why they ask for certain things. I’m lucky enough all that will happen to me is I’ll get very sick, but for some people this can be life or...
Read moreToday I came across with a customer when I was waiting in the drive-through and he was in front of me and had to confirm three times that is the hut ring he is holding is hot or not as an evidence he said as I’m holding the top of the coffee. I don’t feel it hot and then this customer dumped all the coffee on the ground near the trash can. sometimes I don’t understand the way people try things to justify themselves. First you would try a sip , if you can drink it yes it’s not that hot, but if you can’t even touch your lip then That means it is hot. It’s that simple. Well of course the outside of the cup should be a little lower temperature than the coffee itself otherwise would it be safe to hold it? Then you would again blame these people. Every time I get a hot coffee I have to wait till it is at drinkable temperature. I got a coffee after him and it was super hot that I couldn’t touch my lips....
Read moreI love to post great reviews, but seriously, I do believe I had the worst customer service experience here I've ever had. Stood at the counter for several minutes while 3 employees walked back and forth past me (including a manager), no one said anything to me, didn't approach me to take my order, and actually turned their backs to me. My husband finally asked if it was ok to place an order inside and the response was, "oh, did you want something?". It really just went downhill from there too. I ordered my drink, it was set on the counter without a word and wasn't even the right thing. You can imagine the response when I asked for it to be fixed. I always try to look for the positive in every situation, so I will say that when I finally got close to the right drink (never did get exactly what I ordered but close enough)...
