Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Sharon Township

This particular Jimmy John's is pretty solid for what they are. Food is consistently boring here and fast to match. I find myself wondering, "What does it mean to be a 5 star restaurant on Google?" Jimmy John's is obviously not a fine dining experience. I don't think anyone would confuse it as such. So, on the scale of 1 to 5, one being a really bad Jimmy John's, and five being a really great Jimmy John's, I gave this a 5. I mean, it wasn't exceptional or anything. They made my food and gave it to me. The food was exactly what I expected. Honestly, the margins are tight here. I feel like a 4 is more appropriate because a "5 for perfect" seems a little disengenuous, but I also don't have a reason to give 4 stars because nothing was wrong. It just wasn't that good, because that's exactly what you expect when you set the bar low enough that you don't have to jump, you can just kind of awkwardly...

Awful experience here - I ordered a sandwich after specifically asking if they were willing to put vinegar on my sandwich. I asked for both vinegar and a little dressing. This is because their dressing is mostly oil.

I accept that at some Jimmy John's they aren't willing to do this, I don't know why - so I ask BEFORE I order.

They made my sandwich without vinegar, without extra lettuce and without onions, all of which I had asked for and all of which the cashier clearly heard.

The guy seemed upset when I brought my sandwich back to be corrected, refused to put vinegar and said that he "can't put vinegar" even though he had three gallons of it sitting on his shelf.

I asked for a refund and he said no, so I called him an asshole - completely deserved IMO.

TERRIBLE customer service, guy is clearly in the wrong business - he said he was the manager, can hardly...

Ordered delivery lunch from this location today. Paid extra for my sandwich to be customized. My sandwich came and was incorrect. I called the store and was placed on hold for over 10 minutes. I hung up and called back a few times and no one answered. When I got off work I went up to the store and showed my receipt and asked if they would mind remaking my sandwich. The " manager" was less than friendly . After getting home and opening my sandwich I realized it still wasn't right. I told the manager I had brought it back becuse it was totally missing the item I had paid to have extra of. They made my sandwich as normal and didn't give me the extra I paid for. I will never order from that location again. I get better service...
