Arby's — Restaurant in Shawnee

My star ratings change depending on who is staffed. I use to work at this location roughly 2 years ago. So I know all of the tips and tricks to make the job easier, and to make the customers happier and have a better experience altogether. And I can honestly say, since I left, the staff has been absolutely horrible. Just downright inconsiderate of the customers and their needs. HOWEVER. I went in today and there was a beautiful and sweet girl at the front counter, named Merinda, and I have literally not been happier with my food outcome since I WORKED HERE. She's doing an amazing job and really cares about the people she's serving! She has my work ethic, which is going above and beyond what is "needed" to make sure the customers are happy. This store has not had someone like this in a long time.

Seriously, give this girl some props. She's doing a great job. She deserves a raise.... Or at least a free employee meal! ;)

First off I will never eat at Arby's again. I ordered my meal got up to the window. Thomas the guy at the drive thru hands me my drink, and it's water down. I said something and his response is "well I put the cup up there and that's what comes out. Do you want something else". I just want my lemonade so after going back and forth a couple times that it's watered down I ask for a manager, his response "alright douchebag". At this point I'm pissed because you don't ever call a customer that. Manager comes over and I tell them what happened. They could give a care less, so I get my drink and I leave pissed off. Told the guy that all this is recorded on the cameras. After getting my drink manager said "sorry about that, have a good day" and he closed the window door. I leave and 5 minutes down the road after calming down I notice he never gave me my food. So I basically paid a 7 dollars...

I ordered the beef and cheddar double and curly fries. I normally don’t worry about leaving a review for a fast food place because it is what it is. But is anybody else here tired of getting cold stale curly fries? I know I am and unfortunately, I drove away without checking the fries. Yes, I’m a fry checker 😂 And the fries that I got at the window were cold and stale like literally stale. I had to like choke them down. I was starving unfortunately, the sandwich was great. They have a huge pothole in the drive-through I was afraid that busted my tire, so be careful of that. The guy was nice. Had a great sense of humor. But please, please, please, if your fries have been sitting there for a while, don’t serve them to the customers, just fry them to order so they’re nice and hot and fresh. No one likes cold fries! I will no longer be ordering from...
