Last Friday I decided to try Qdoba. I put together an order of $24 & selected curbside pickup. I put in all my cars info. It told me to pull up between 12:04-12:14 for a pickup time. I showed up at exactly 12:04 & waited until 12:25 & called the store 2 times. The phone rang forever & no one picked up. I wasn’t able to leave my car because I had my baby in my car. I was also running out of time & had to be somewhere else. So after waiting outside parked directly in front of their store for over 20 minutes, I had to drive off. The charge is still on my card & I have written in to their corporate & it’s nearly a week later & I’ve received no response to this issue & my bank is having to fully dispute the charge because I am unable to get a hold of anyone through phone or email about the issue. I have called 4 different numbers claiming to be corporate & they have been numbers to direct tv, Jack in the box, Verizon wireless, & the last one was actually their number but they only want you to send in an email through their contact us option on their website which I believe I have done twice now. I’m really confused on how I could get this screwed over on a curbside pickup order to a restaurant that seems to be doing so well...
Read moreI was excited to try this place. The food flavors was great, however, the temperature of the food was below expectations. There is so much food being prepared, that it seemed that they could not keep the food hot. First time I tried the food, I ordered the taco salad. The fried shell was not warm at all, the three meats I had, steak, chicken, and shrimp, all were cold. For 17$ I expect a hot meal. Extremely disappointing.
I tried to give the benefit of the doubt and tried again the second time. I went two hours after opening, expecting hot food, again I was left disappointed. This time I added three drunken yard birds, 8$, cold, the corn tortilla was cold and cracked when folding, the chicken was cold. I did not even finish one of the three tacos, I dumped the remaining filling into a taco salad, I had also ordered, and finished that. Both times my order was cold. I could have gotten a hot meal, with decent flavors, for half the price from somewhere else. Over 30$ spent on cold...
Read moreOn the plus side, they seem to listen to customer feedback, and try to improve. They have improved their seating (a big step up now from their old rock hard seats that just screamed "Eat and get out").
I really wish they would stop being weird about gate keeping the pickup shelf area. All of the other Qdobas in Oklahoma let you go in and grab your food. I assumed it was the same here since it's not behind the counter, but one of the workers got pretty upset about it "You see that brick? Employees only on that brick", and "Are you sure your name is on that tag?". If we're smart enough to order from a mobile web app, we're smart enough to look for our name on a ticket without assistance. If I wanted to talk to people I would order at the counter instead of...
