This restaurant treated me and my family very poorly! We stopped in here last week and the manager Tyler was very rude to us and treated my wife who is African American horribly. We spoke to another manager at the same store who tried to defend Tyler and said that he was not a racist but maybe he was having a bad day. My wife has severe food allergies and Tyler ignored her the whole time we were trying to address the mistake they made with her food. Our credit card was also charged twice due to the lady at the window swiping it twice and then saying “oops my my fault”. Tyler eventually came outside and brought food but it was still wrong and the biscuits were hard. After looking at the sticker in the food, we received the exact same food that was made the first time. We spoke to a manager named Megan the next day, she apologized and told us to come back in the store and she would make it right however we live hours away from this location. She asked my for her chick fi a account info and stated she would add meals to our account to make up for the horrible experience. She has done nothing, nothing has been added and it has been days. If your a person of color or a blending family watch out at this location. The way we were treated was...
Read moreEdit and follow up. Revisited this store 7/6 and mentioned my lackluster experience with their new sandwich to the manager. Told her I wanted to try it again and she had them make a fresh me for me (paid for). She also mentioned that this sandwich is one of their drier ones to begin with and a lot of people use the sweet bbq sauce on it. Needless to say the secret to this sandwich is a fresh one. If I order this again I will demand a fresh one be made and I will wait. If it doesn’t come out fresh expect disappointment. Even without the suggested sauce it was much better. But with a slight amount of the sauce on the second half of the sandwich I can understand why some people might like it. It would definitely mask the dryness. Why my first one wasn’t fresh is a mystery?
Ordered the new maple chicken sandwich with some expectations of greatness. Sadly I’m not impressed with this menu item and will not order it again.
Sandwich felt “dry” to me and the flavor wasn’t all that impactful. If it was asked to I recommend this menu item to someone I would advise...
Read moreThe food quality is great, and they are not afraid to innovate, and come up with ways to make the pickup process faster, and friendlier.
My biggest issue is that the menu is tiny, and no sauces come on the sandwiches. Sometimes, I want to grab a quick bite on the go, and the last thing I want to do is pull over and make a mess opening sauce packets and deconstructing sandwiches, or eat a plain, dry sandwich.
This puts them in a pretty bad spot, as far as I'm concerned. Too inconvenient for "road food", and too casual for sit down, or take out (most sit down restaurants now have to go menus and curb side pickup).
EDIT: Had to knock another star off after trying their breakfast menu. Their fried chicken filet has no business being paired with scrambled eggs and american cheese. I also ordered a grilled chicken and egg white muffin. It was so slimy, gooey, and unappetizing that I couldn't bring...
