We ordered online on my laptop to the specifc location on Shawnee Msn Pkwy, but it would not allow me to delete the turkey off the ham & Turkey sandwich. It printed that I could p/up in 15 mtes. I did not put my card in because it asked me did I want to pay at the store or online. So I printed the confirmation & took it with me. When we got to the location, they said they did not have any orders from me. I handed them my print of what time I was to pick it up. They called their manager who could not explain it either. Then two more ladies came in after us, and the staffers never received their online order either. That is a problem because you cannot get the discount unless you ordered it online. Otherwise my $6.57 sandwich would have been $11. I told him I used to be a web marketing director, and the corporate office needs to fix this because they are probably not getting many orders for this popular location in Johnson County.
After waiting through six other people, they finally made our foot long sandwich. Thankfully they only charged us the $6.
Note: Once you get there, their scanner scans the barcode on the coupon that was sent to my mailbox. You have to show it and have them scan it when you GET there. Sandwich was okay. But it took us 45...
Read moreA little back story... I went online to try to order this AM and the website said it was down try again later. That should've been my sign but nope I tried again later and was able to place an order for pick up but it didn't let me change the time. It said my order would be ready for pick up at 1205 so I called them several times to tell them I needed a later pick up time and was on hold and then disconnected every time. So I went in after work and the gentleman had to call the manager to see if it was ok to make my order again and she was rude. She said next time tell her not to place an order online if she doesn't want to pick up, it's a waste of time and money. Ok lady it's not like I did it on purpose. I feel like she just assumed I did. So she was on speaker with this gentleman soi heard everything she was saying and I told him to tell her what had happened. He said that it wouldn't have made a difference. I was told that the reason I couldn't reach anyone was that they don't have a phone. EXCUSE ME BUT WHAT BUSINESS DOESNT HAVE A PHONE?! Like how do you run a business without one? If y'all would've had one then you wouldn't have had to "waste" food. SMH The guy who made my sandwichs was super nice tho....
Read moreWe went in to the restaurant, and I wanted to get the $5 footlong deal. Apparently you can only get that online so we tried to order it while there. The worker was just very unhelpful and seemed annoyed with us the whole time. We ended up not being able to get the app to work, so we ordered without it. Another worker was ringing us up, and I told him the situation - that we had trouble ordering on the app. He seemed about ready to help us with entering the order there, until the original made a point to tell him NOT to do that. She basically said No, don't give it to them, they have to order in the app to get that deal. So we were charged $23 for what really should've been about $13. So after paying, we left...I was pretty unhappy about the whole thing. I mean, it's one thing to pay the extra, but then also have to deal with the bad attitude? Also, the whole time we were trying to order (through face masks) the other worker was singing really loudly while making sandwiches. It made it hard for the workers and I to hear each other. Maybe that's why she was so annoyed! Anyway, not a good experience. They really need to work on their customer service/experience...
