I ordered a large Philly cheese steak pizza today. When I received it, there was something very wrong with it. I called the store and told them that I don't typically ever call them to complain, and if they look at my history they'll see that I have never actually called to complain. When I spoke to the "assistant manager" Taylor, she did not want to give me her name initially. She answered the phone with an attitude and would only tell me she was the assistant manager. I asked her three times for her name before she would tell me her name was Taylor, so that may not even be her real name.
I explained to her that the pizza was not made correctly and that I know this for several reasons, one of which being I used to actually manage the store that she was working in many years ago. I also just recently ordered these pizzas a couple days ago from a different Domino's. She began to get aggressive verbally and stated They made the pizza incorrectly because they were low on American cheese. She stated that I would need to bring the pizza back in if I wanted a refund. I explained to her that I was not leaving my house again and using my time and gas to come back in because they made my pizza incorrectly, to her own admittance, because it was late and I need to go to bed as I work in the morning. She started yelling at me and raising her voice saying she didn't care if I didn't want to leave my house, claiming they did make the pizza correctly even though she already admitted to having made it incorrectly, and that everybody says they used to make these pizzas and other things and was talking over me. She said if I didn't want to come back in I should call corporate, so I did.
I let her know that the phone call was recorded. I'm not sure what this girl has going on in her personal life, but she seemed...
Read moreI went to Domino's for the first time in years and after this last experience I remember why I have not been there in years. We came in the store to place a carry out order... It really was not that busy. A few customers in there but definitely not super busy. They was plenty of people working at this location and yet the wait time was ridiculous long. So we placed our order And took a seat to wait until it was done. They told us 20-25 minutes. Ok so we wait and wait and wait. It's now at the 45 minute mark and every one who was waiting that was right before us got there order and left. Well we were still waiting. Finally a worker asked why we are waiting we said our order was not called yet. He asked what we ordered and he couldn't find the order of what we had ordered . It turned out they made something different than what we ordered on our order. The pizza was correct but our side was different from what we ordered. He offered to remake it but it's getting really late so we just took the mistake they made because it would take another 20+ minutes to fix the mistake. All while we waited the workers were busy making the food but the music was really loud and they were jamming to the music as they worked which I really don't have a issue with but they definitely were not paying attention to the surroundings as customers were having to wait for their oder because it was not called out when it was done. It sat in the warmer for at least 20+ minutes and the order was not correct. The food tasted good but the service definitely was not good at all. I'm not sure if I'll go back to Domino's.... The service industry really needs to step up if they expect customers to come in and buy their products..... But for what we paid for and the service we got it definitely was...
Read moreThis pizza joint is better than average, that's for sure. But unfortunately there were a few things that held it back from being a 5/5 restaurant. First, the pizza was pretty good, but the toppings were very disorganized. Some slices had all pepperoni, others had none. Second, they did not serve me a gluten free pizza. Granted I didn't ask them to, but you should assume in this day and age that I have a gluten allergy. Because of their mistake, I defecated for about one hour after eating. Third, when I called in to order the gentlemen who answered the telephone did not answer any of my questions. All I simply asked was if the ingredients were fresh, if the crust is hand tossed, if they have anchovies, what beverages they serve, where the anchovies were caught, if they use pesticides, where anchovies come from, what anchovies are, if I should get anchovies, if I'm allergic to anchovies, if anchovies are sentient, if these anchovies have ever been inside someone, and if they deliver. All in all, it's a pretty good...
