Not as great as I expected. Our waitress was very short with us, didn't write down our drink order and forgot half our drinks when coming out. We were not served with basic water, and the chips were very stale even though promised to be hot and freshly made. Our waitress wasn't friendly and the other male waiter had to apologize for the sub par service and food. I really did not think this place is hyped up to what people say. Oh, and when asking for a to go box (because the waitress didnt stop by our table to give us a bill or ask if we needed boxes) it took her neaely 10 minutes to give us the 1 box we asked for because she decided to make drinks at the bar with the other male waiter, and speak with other people in the restaurant. There was all but 3 customers in the restaurant with us, and already a bar tender on shift so there wasn't a need for her help. Prices were however cheaper then the alternative, and some of the food was good. :/ sorry just not going to be a...

There were just two of us, and we went on a busy Sunday. The pickup orders were flying out the door, while our waitress mostly ignored us and had to be reminded multiple times to please bring us the margaritas, salsa, guac, and tortillas we'd asked for. We felt that the in-house diners should've been prioritized over the pickup orders. The people next to us were upset from still waiting for food after 45 minutes, and they were there first (the guy was an a-hole and made a huge scene about it, but he wasn't wrong in his complaint). My boyfriend also found a piece of metal in his beans, probably from a scrubby pad. We showed our waitress and she didn't really seem to care. The food was absolutely fantastic, so I'm still giving three stars, but this was an anxiety-inducing first experience for me. I would recommend getting takeout, since the in-house dining experience isn't great. Eat the delicious food in the comfort of...

I love little places like this and had good experiences here in the past, but my last visit was not great. We were brought chips and salsa in the beginning and our group of 3 polished them off pretty quick as there wasn't much in the basket to begin with. The waitress kind of jokingly told us to slow down when we asked for more and we thought it was nothing more than a joke. But the rest of the night whenever we needed a refill on water, more chips, or another margarita we were told the same thing how we need to slow down. It became less joking and more rude. Happened on anything we asked for. Really killed the whole mood as it didn’t seem like it was a joke anymore. And on top of that, I don’t think there was any alcohol in the margaritas as none of us tasted any and the people who bought 2 didn’t feel any buzz. Overall the food was great, however I don’t really wanna go back if I’m ridiculed on how fast I...

Ever since they opened the second restaurant in Plymouth my orders take at least one hour to be brought out from the kitchen. I believe they split the 4 cooks they had in Sheboygan w/ the Plymouth restaurant. I wish they would have kept the 4 cooks in Sheboygan so everyone including myself can get faster service. It happened once and I attributed it to busyness. Twice, and I told myself they might be backed up. But now this is more than 5 times and this is not a coincidence. If they placed a sign outside saying "1 hour wait 4 food" I would never come here again. Any normal restaurant takes 20 to 25 minutes max to bring food out, NOT ONE WHOLE HOUR! COMPLETELY UNNACEPTABLE!

I sometimes go there after church for huevos. One time the Mexico-Germany World Cup game was on the TV. I had a great time and the food was great. I particularly like the huevos con chorizo, the pozole and their coffee. The coffee is flavored with cinnamon and is very tasty. A yummy and friendly place to eat 😋. If you want something lighter for lunch, many of their dishes, tamales, tacos, etc., are available a la carte. I especially liked the lengua tacos. The service is always top notch.

We had some delicious tacos & sopas from La Brisa's. The place is decorated so nicely, and the workers are super friendly. The bartender even took the time to educate us on tamarind, peeled some for us, and we loved them. An experience we won't soon forget and now I'm craving tamarind!
