Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Sheboygan

We used to order weekly from Marcos. And about 2 months ago the orders started coming up short of things. The first time they refused to come back out unless I ordered more food to cover delivery. No. And they gave me a credit. The second time they forgot food on the order (a salad) and we asked about it and even though it was on the receipt the driver didn’t deliver and said it wasn’t his problem. Then the third time they left a salad and cheesy bread off... I called and they promised to run it right over. That was my dinner. The rest of the family ate and 2 hours went by and when I called for a credit they claimed they had no idea what I was talking about! Something changed and I don’t know what it was but every week now when we order pizza I’m a little sad but won’t order from here again!! They refused service for something paid for twice!! The pizza did not reflect what the commercials show. There was not enough cheese on the pizza to even cover all the sauce. We would definitely have gotten extra cheese but the advertising made it look like if we ordered extra cheese it would be WAYYYY too much. The thick crust was good. The sauce was average, nothing special about it but nothing exceptional either. I had pretty high expectations because they claim to be Americas favorite pizza. I was really excited to try it but in the end i cant tell u why its supposedly America's favorite. It was okay. Good, but not great and not terrible. Every. Single. Week. We do a Friday family pizza night with our boys and this Marco's is our go-to! We definitely take advantage of their promo codes/online/carry-out deals...for the price of a frozen pizza now a days or 2....we can get a delicious/fresh made Marco's pizza or 2 and cheesy bread or dessert that our whole family enjoys. The staff is always super friendly (even when they are swamped and super busy!) Seating available at this location. Tips aren't expected, but appreciated and I always leave them something--that crew deserves it
