McDonald's — Restaurant in Sheboygan

The North side McDonald's used to be the best McDonald's in Sheboygan, but not anymore. I went in March 2023, and the drive-thru experience was awful. The wait time for a soda was 20 minutes. Cars were backed up to the point of entry. I decided to try again in April, but instead of the drive-thru, I went inside. Again, I waited with other angry customers, and it took 35 minutes to get a fish filled meal. I asked for extra tartar sauce, and they must have heard very little tartar sauce because the sandwich was dry, and the fish was soggy instead of crunchy. The French fries were barely warm. The customer service...there was none. I watched 4 people get refunds because they got cold food, orders were wrong, or they waited extremely long for fast food and wasn't even offered a complimentary soda. I figured that I would give them one more try, and that was a disaster. I went through the drive-thru. I was the second car. I ordered 1 sandwich. I asked for NO LETTUCE AND EXTRA MAYO. I got to the pickup window and was told to pull over to the waiting area. The car before me was in the waiting area, and every car that came after me went to the waiting area. The lobby wasn't full, so I don't understand why everyone had to wait. 15 minutes later, customers' food was being brought out to their vehicles. I was brought the wrong order 4 times. Finally, a young lady came with what was supposed to be my sandwich 😬the bag was wrinkled and greasy as if it had been given to 10 customers only to be told that it wasn't their order. The look on my face must have told her that was not acceptable, so she told me that she would be back with my order. 5 minutes later, a manager came to ask what I ordered, and I told her. She said that she would get my sandwich right away. In the meantime, the vehicles parked next to me, and I had a conversation about how horrible this McDonald's had become and agreed that the south side and movie theater were just as bad. After 40 minutes of waiting for a quarter pounder deluxe with NO LETTUCE I got a quarter pounder with extra lettuce and a bun that was at least 10 days old because it wasn't soft and warm it was cold and chewy. I was not giving anything for my horrible experience and ridiculous wait time. If I were the manager, I would have added French, a soda, a burger, a chicken sandwich, or a coupon for a free meal on the next visit. I would have done something to make sure that I didn't lose a customer. I am done! I will drive to the south side to Wendy's for a fresh hot burger and delicious French fries when I have a taste for a burger and fast service. Whoever owns the McDonald's in the city of Sheboygan should close all of the stores. The service is a joke 🙄. The food is disgusting. Do better or...

So yesterday March 11, 2025 around 6pm my family and I visited this McDonald's. The young man who took my order was very pleasant did a great job. After waiting 25 mins for our food I am still in good spirits. My number is called I go pick up the tray the Manger Chelsea is looking the try over to make sure everything is there. I ask are we good she said yes. I get to my table we are missing 2 orders of nuggets and no BBQ sauce. Immediately they give me the nuggets that were just sitting there on the counter. So now I'm standing there waiting 5 mins for BBQ sauce still in good spirits. Get back to the table my fish sandwich that I paid to have extra tartar sauce added to is dry as a bone. Now currently they have a 2 for 6 deal so I open the second sandwich same thing no tartar sauce. My sister had the fish too neither of her sandwiches had extra but at least she had a nickle size worth. Again I go back to the counter in good spirits and explain to Chelsea that my 4 fish sandwiches didn't have extra tartar sauce. She tells someone to get me a cup of tartar sauce. I know I said 4 sandwiches didn't have extra tartar sauce on them. Chelsea approach the counter with one of the smallest dipping cups I've ever seen for 4 sandwiches. Then she slammed it not like a smack down slammed but an I'm irritated slam. So I say to Chelsea as calmly as I can that I require more sauce. She then proceed to ask why after I told her I had 4 sandwiches. So she calls back to get more sauce. This time she basically tossed it at me. Now up until this point I was in good spirits had it not been for the fact that 1 I was with my family and 2 I would lose my medical license I WOULD HAVE WENT VIRAL WITH CHELSEA ASS!!! By far one of the worst experiences ever and I do not expect a whole lot from McDonalds. There were so many employees working they were tripping over each other. It seemed like a high school party with all the shenanigans going on at the counter. Anyway I thought with the amount of employees that a medium fry wouldn't be that hard, I was wrong it took quite awhile. I sat down to eat and while I was eating I had to use restroom. When I went in there the 1 and only toilet had urine all over the toilet seat. I came out n told the front counter and the kid turned around and walked away without saying a word. So I go and sit back down and there is another employee on break, she asked me everything is ok, I said no and told her and she went and asked to make sure. Another employee was wiping tables and the girl said something and the boy says it's not my job. Really? So unprofessional, just what someone wants to hear. So by now 10 minutes have passed and I really have to go. I went up to the counter and asked for the manager and I'm still being polite and calm and asked her if someone could please clean the toilet seat. Before I could finish that sentence the blonde haired lady must've gave me her nastiest tone with attitude all over it "I'm working on it." To the customer seeing 10 people standing behind the counter, why could not 1 person take 30 sec to wipe it off, ecspecially when theres a note posted on the bathroom door to just let staff know when it needs attention. I hope that blonde haired manager thought it was worth the review. Also if the manager can't handle the pressure maybe she should flip burgers instead of running the show if she feels the need to take the anger out on me with her bad attitude...
