I stopped at noodles tonight after work and had a spaghetti bowl with alfredo sauce and shrimp.....it was delicious! I would like to acknowledge noodles and company for excellent service..... Not only tonight but from previous times I was in there.....a while ago I bought a client in for lunch and she was having issues with her debit card because she forgot her pin and got frustrated and kept randomly punching in the wrong numbers.....it locked her out.... She was upset because her card would not work....she had no cash on her just her debit card.....the manager comped her meal for her.....that went above and beyond excellent service.... So thank you to noodles for a wonderful meal and excellent service today and from previous visits.....and I appreciate your help with my clients debit card issues..... I will always recommend to any one to eat at your restaurant! Well worth it..... Thank you so much noodles...

I’m usually order from this location until today’s very bad experience. I ordered a family meal on last Friday and they forgot to put my garlic cheesy bread into my order. I gave them a call rite away and they said they will send me a coupon to get it next time, but I never received it by email or mail. After 3 days and it’s Monday today, I placed another order for pick up and I called them if I can get my cheesy bread from last order, the girl told me I can not because they send the copy by mail just last nite. I don’t know how big company worked with a missing order but after I explained the reason she still told me she CAN NOT give me my missing order cuz they can’t make sure I won’t use the coupon which I NEVER receive. It’s too funny to be their customer. If u can order noodle from other place, skip this one. It’s waste...
