I haven’t given this low review in my life but my experience here deserves it. My last night before leaving so decided to drop by again with my family. I was the last to order a brownie Sundae when staff left for a while and next customers got helped. Few minutes later she came back with my order. I asked why I didn’t got the chance to pick my flavor and was told it always comes with vanilla. I said I don’t eat vanilla but she insisted I can’t pick and choose. I said I was just here the other day and ordered my flavor and was told it was just probably a one time thing. I said I don’t want it but insisted ai have to pay for it. I said why can’t I order my flavor coz it clearly doesn’t say on the menu that their sundae is 1 flavor only. I decided to just pay so I won’t hold the line and showed my military id. She said she doesn’t need no id and that’s when I got upset coz I said I know you give military discount. I tried to ask for the manager coz she’s already beyond rude . I haven’t met as disrespectful as this staff. I asked for their name and she just said Addison and Lexi. Her reasoning is coz their busy but the next person that ordered got the same thing but got a chance to pick flavor. Idk if she’s racist coz we’re the only asian there among all the American customers. I don’t mind paying premium price but to get the worst customer service is unbelievable. Also the discount I got was .75 for a $35 total. I would love to show the video of your staff chatting with her friend for 5min straight without even buying anything. Friendly staff. 3 star because we were not pleased with getting a sugar cone, single scoop and it literally dripping/melting very quickly down our hands before we even left the building. We stepped outside and it just kept flowing down our hands. Started to rain and couldn't eat it in our truck as it was all over our hands so we were standing outside in the rain stuffing these cones down our throat because $24 dollars was a lot of money for single cones/dishes kf icecream(4).
