I have never had a problem at this Starbucks before. But yesterday, may 17th, I was treated !!extremely!! poorly. I went through the drive through and asked for a cold press coffee, the employee at the window annoyingly stated that it is A COLD BREW! When he asked if I would like cream and sugar in it. I asked if I could have Sugar free vanilla flavoring. He stated they do not sell that. When I asked if he was sure, and that I had gotten it before. He told me I must have magically gotten it at a different Star Bucks. He then proceeded to inform me, after I told him no, it was at this location, in a very condescending tone, "WOW!! YOU DO NEED A COFFEE!!" I was absolutely shocked & told him I would be speaking to his manager to which he responded, "DO IT!" I went in the store to complain to a manager and as I walked past the counter he saw me, gave me the peace sign and asked in a snide voice, "YOU MAD!?" with a smirk on his face. I have never been treated so poorly. It makes me upset because I come to this Starbucks daily as do Family Member and Friends and have always been treated kindly. I will be passing on the rude treatment I received here. I left my number and name with the supervisor and asked for the manager to call me. (I have not received a call yet). I think it is 100% important that you know what kind of employee you have hired. They are a liability to your store!! The Supervisor on duty I spoke to was very accommodating and respectful. He also offered me a free drink, which I said no to, as I was very disgusted at the moment. But I appreciated his costumer service. Those are the people that I am used to at this location. However, 8/26/25 12:15 pm, I wanted to give kudos to the crew and especially, the lead crew, while I sat sipping my matcha latte and reading.
Scenario: Lunch rush hour, the drive through and customers in the store, a little crowded. The team continue to greet people that came in but what caught my attention during a small break in crowd: “Way to hustle team! Good job!” This made me smile to hear an appreciative cheer and recognition to team.
