Qdoba should always be good. You know what you get, usually. My experience here was not good. I ordered a steak burrito, which usually is consistent, and you know what you're gonna get. Unfortunately, the rice was uncooked, and crunchy, the steak was dried out and actually also crunched when I bit it. Toppings were slopped on in a pile. The burrito was a mess, sloppily rolled together in a ball instead of an edible burrito shape. You bite into it and get a mouth full of sour cream and cheese and nothing else. It fell apart onto the foil and basket, which is your only plate at Qdoba. Honestly, it was gross and unappetizing. The manager was not friendly. No smile, didn't say a word outside of "what do you want" and no facial expression no thank you for your business. I felt like I was inconveniencing this lady by stopping by to get lunch. The place itself was clean and nice inside, at least there's that. Probably won't return, though, at least for a while as I feel like I threw 20 dollars...
Read moreSo Jan 1st of 2021 I’ve decided to try Qdoba for the first time. The communication with the team member was good, except... do they know what a burrito look like? lol. I’m just saying the young man couldn’t figure how to close up my burritos which is understandable, but here’s the point. Why did the (I’m guessing manager) come in and rolled up my burritos and then ripped it, then grab me a new tortilla, than rolled it into a really like really big ball?! Lol if you’re gonna show someone how to roll a burritos please make sure you also know how to roll a burrito too lol. I’ve seen the couples before me had their burritos rolled into a big ball too lol is this Qdoba concept of what a burrito is??? Other than that, taste is excellent good communication, but just need to work on rolling the burritos. For a first timer I think it’s fair to give a 3 star till then make a burrito look like a burrito not a ball, and maybe I’ll bump...
Read moreWe had given this place several chances to keep our business. Occasionally, the food was good, but the last 2 times we were there, the food made me sick. The problem is that on these days, there was no food cooking at all, and the food was not hot. I have to assume it was made previously and re-heated. Also, the cashier was constantly touching their phone and then helping serve food without washing their hands both times we were there. We tried to give them a second chance, which is why we came back. That's when we decided we just could not come back to this location. We went to another Qdoba location, and the food was made hot and fresh with no issues. I'm not sure why management and corporate do not take this more seriously because they should. Customers getting sick is a big deal. We will not be...
