Cold Stone Creamery — Restaurant in Sheboygan

I've never had an issue when going there but tonight was very disappointing especially after getting charged a little bit more than we usually do and getting my ice cream with less than normal mix ins. Had to ask for more ice cream so that the love it cup would at least be filled with ice cream. The server at the time wanted to give me the cup with half of the cup filled. I go ahead and have my other order taken care of so I didn't see him redo the ice cream. But I get home and I have an order of ice cream without much of any mix ins basically. I had to pour out my ice cream in a bowl hoping if I mix it around the mix ins would be maybe at the bottom but there was literally barely anything and to get charged a little but more than normal and not get what I usually order everytime is disappointing. My boyfriends ice cream is visibly filled with mixins while mine barely had anything. Usually I wouldn't make a big deal but when you're looking forward to something and then get charged more and just to not get what you actually asked for is...

It was my first time visiting this location today while I was on a day trip from Chicago with my husband and children. The girls behind the counter were incredibly kind and helpful during our entire visit. It was my husbands first time at Cold Stone and was unsure of what to order, but the girls gave him several suggestions and were extremely patient with our whole family😊. The only complaint I have is the inappropriate behavior by one of the male employees towards the younger girls. These girls are clearly around 18-20 years old and their middle aged male coworker was clearly making them uncomfortable. Seeing him interact with them as well as hearing the things he said to them made my husband and I uncomfortable as well. Other than that, our service was wonderful and the ice cream...

There is no changing tables for babies. So I laid a blanket down and changed my daughter on the table because it was my only option. (No one else in the store but the worker and me and my baby, my toddler and friend.) my friend went up to order and he started yelling at her about how I was changing my daughter and that I’m not allowed to do that in there tables. We told him there were no changing tables and I had the table covered. He proceeded to yell and tell us it’s gross and that he's job isn’t to clean and disinfect tables it was to make ice cream.
