I gave theos a 1 star because we order once a week and every time we order the pizzas are wrong or they are cold because they tell us a certain time for how long it will be and by the time we get there our pizzas have been sitting getting cold. It would be nice if for just one time our order would be correct. It can’t just be us though I’m sure others have this same problem. Also when we call to order the employees act like they have never taken an order before or that we are wasting their time. I’ve managed pizza places for over ten years and I would be embarrassed to work here. I really hate complaining but I would be lying if I gave this restaurant more than a one star. Just get customers orders right! Put a fake smile on when speaking to customers and learn how to take an order. Also, when we have to repeat ourselves several times and the employees also repeat our order back- then how do they get it wrong every single time? ...
Read moreI've never used them for catering but they're really good, especially for the cost. Little Caesar's hot n ready pizzas are five dollars with just pepperoni, at theo's you pay a dollar extra and get your choice of toppings. Total steal.
Good fresh ingredients, you can tell when a mushroom comes from a can and they don't here. I wish they had more sauce options like garlic parm or BBQ sauce. But you really can't complain for the price. Wait time is typically 30 minutes at the most, they don't deliver so call in advance or get comfy.
Small dining area, so it's not a sit down kind of place. I wish they had more toppings like red onions. If they had signature stuff they'd really stand out, the location is also a bit easy to miss. Worth the visit, and I think eating here might become routine...

The pizza was decent and I appreciated the size for the cost, though it would have been nice if the pepperoni was crispy rather than warm and oily. The breadsticks were okay, though seemed to have been warmed in an oven from frozen.
The meatballs were clearly factory made and very bready. They arrived stone cold with hot marinara sauce on top. My husband spoke to the woman who took our order was told they would fix it. A minute later she handed back the now blisteringly hot meatballs; hey had been microwaved.
When going to a restaurant I expect freshly cooked food, not...
