Mr. Hero — Restaurant in Sheffield

Every time I eat one of these sandwiches, I can feel a small sliver of my life expectancy being whisked away, as if by pale little goblins with tiny clawed hands. It is a transaction I am all too willing to commit to however, and a fully conscious decision. Who wouldn't with a combination of such pleasant words? Hot, Buttered, Cheese and Steak? Together? I am not a strong willed man. I always make sure to order an extra one without onions for my Dog, Chin-strap. And the cheese sauce? Probably not a better possible topping for waffle fries out there. One should probably be aware however of the sizes. There is the respectable 7 incher, the intimidating 10 incher, and the dangerous 14 incher, which you should be aware, is actually 2 entire 7inch sandwiches wrapped together. The Roman Burger is pretty good too. Didn't know they had burgers in Rome, but you learn something...

I recently visited the Mr. Hero location in Sheffield Village and had a fantastic experience. The food was absolutely great, and the store was spotless. The staff at the storefront were wonderful and really made my visit enjoyable with their friendly demeanor. They recommended I try the Waffle Doodle sandwich, and I have to say, it’s the greatest sandwich Mr. Hero has to offer! While I love the Roman Burger, the Waffle Doodle Chicken Bacon sandwich might just be my new favorite. The staff also mentioned trying their Nashville hot sauce sandwich on my next visit, and I’m definitely looking forward to that. Mr. Hero’s Roman Burger is already one of the best things you can find anywhere, and now I’d highly recommend trying both the Roman Burger and the Waffle Doodle. I can’t wait...

This Mr. Hero location blows all the others out of the water! Walking in, I was immediately struck by how clean and fresh the place felt – a welcome change from some Mr. Hero's I've been to.

As a military member, I was even more impressed by their discount. But the real stars of the show were the amazing people who work there. My order can get a little complicated, with tweaks and substitutions, but they handled it all with patience and a smile.

They even suggested to try their new chicken and bacon waffle doodle – and let me tell you, it was incredible! The overall food quality here is seriously a step above other Mr. Hero locations.

Honestly, if I could give this place more than 5 stars, I would. Highly...
