I came in around 3:50 on 10-25-21. I usually use the drive thru and never have problems, the drive thru staff are always great, but I was ordering for two other people and wanted to double check I was getting them the right items, so I went inside. The manager told me to use the self order kiosk as they weren't going to have registers for much longer so customers needed to get used to it. I tried for several minutes to find one particular item but couldn't, so I went back to the counter to explain, and the manager began listing off that to order inside in the future I would need to have an account and the app. I said I normally used the drive thru and would stick to that in the future, as I preferred not getting another app. He said "umm, have you heard of good customer service? I'm explaining what you'll need to do in the future to order properly." Again I said I was only ordering inside because it was for someone else and that normally I use the drive thru. I wasn't complaining, I wasn't arguing, but it felt like he was trying to start a fight with me because I came inside and needed to order at the counter. As I walked to the side after the order was done he said just loud enough for me to hear "jesus christ..." And when it was done to dropped the bag hard on the counter as he walked passed. Everything was uncomfortable and aggressive. Never felt this uncomfortable ordering food before. And I work in a restaurant and have to deal with all sorts of...
Read moreToday at 5:30pm I visited Taco Bell, and I feel compelled to share my experience, which unfortunately left me extremely dissatisfied. The encounter I had with one of the employees was far from pleasant. From the moment I approached the drive window their attitude was dismissive and rude.
They rolled their eyes, sighed audibly, and made me feel like a burden rather than a valued customer. It was disheartening to see such a lack of professionalism and basic courtesy.
Furthermore, when I politely pointed out a mistake in my order, the employee's response was shockingly unapologetic. Instead of rectifying the error promptly, they huffed and puffed, displaying a complete disregard for customer satisfaction.
I believe that every customer deserves to be treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of the circumstances. My experience at Taco Bell fell far below these expectations, leaving me with a bitter taste in my mouth, both figuratively and literally.
I hope this feedback serves as a reminder for Taco Bell to invest in proper training and customer service skills for their employees. It is crucial for the reputation of the establishment and the overall satisfaction of...
Read moreI arrive at 10:30 PM and walk in to order food to go. I stand there for several minutes before being acknowledged but I figure: it's fine, they must be busy with drive-thru. I work in the restaurant industry and I do not consider myself an impatient man. Then I'm told the dining area is closed and hear them bickering about who failed to lock the door. I saw NO closing time on their hours posted -- simply that they open at 7 AM. Management took my order but treated me very rudely, even after I offered to exit the building and get in the drive-thru line. The customer service was utter garbage. While waiting for my food, I heard an employee say, "F**k you" in regards to a drive-thru customer who must have already left. Made me feel highly uncomfortable and unwelcome. I won't be back to this location ever. Not my fault someone neglected to lock a door and the hours are not posted. Next time I want cheap fake Mexican American fast food, I'll go elsewhere. I can at least say that at the Taco Bells in Avon Lake and in Westlake, the customer service has always been top-notch in...
