The staff is EXTREMELY friendly and nice with great customer service skills also the place is super clean!! With that being said.. this has to be one of the slowest starbucks I have ever been to with the most baristas I have ever seen... which makes it hard when you just want to stop for a quick coffee before work at 7am in the morning.. My co worker and I noticed a long line the other day so we decided to go in since there was 2 people inside. We had 15 minutes to spare in order not to be late for work so we figured that would be enough time, it wasnt, we were 5 minutes late to work. I ended up buying a $4 reuseable cup and when i ordered they asked if I wanted my drink in there, i said sure whatevers easier. We ordered a venti iced Matcha and a iced blonde latte and 2 grain sprouted bagels with avocado spread. They let us know they had 1 right away so I opted for cream cheese since my coworker is vegan. After 10 minutes of us waiting they came over and said they only had 1 grain sprted bagel, i told them an everything bagel was fine but dont worry about toasting it because we were starting to get close to our 15 mins. We say our drinks made one in the mobile pick up area the other in the pick up area but were waiting for the baristas to say something because we didnt want to grab the wrong drinks and the bagels werent there, then we watched the barista take the matcha to the drive thru.. after 20 minutes we finally asked about our stuff and the bagels still werwnt ready. Then they said sorry we took all ur drinks to the drive thru area and when they handed me the matcha the girl put the drink in there AND THE STRAW IN THE PLASTIC.. When i got to the car i had to open the full cup and take out the plastic wrapped straw and open the starw out that was coveres in matcha and got it all over my work pants🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄.. I was just mind blown with like 7 baristas on why it took so long and was so disorganized. Read moreI was pretty much an everyday customer and always got the same drink every morning. I've always tipped and treated everyone kindly even though they messed up my drink A LOT. I used to work at Starbucks so I know exactly how my drink is made and it literally tastes different all the time. I always ask for it to be remade nicely because I spent $6 on it plus a tip. Yesterday's drink tasted disgusting but I didn't say anything, today it tasted the same so I asked for it to be remade and the manager tells me they can no longer remake my drinks because it's almost an everyday issue. She basically made it seem like it was me and not them and then acted like she didn't want to give me a refund because I threw my drink away when I walked in because they told me they can't take them. I have spent SO much money there and for them to treat me that way really upset me. She didn't apologize or even show a bit of compassion. It's 2 girls that make my drink wrong so maybe they should re train them before blaming a customer for their screw ups. Sometimes the employees are great and deliver a correct drink with polite and reasonably quick service and other times the drinks are wrong or just not good quality, the wait is over half an hour in the drive-thru, or they lose your order altogether. I stopped coming about a year ago because of the price vs the experience but wanted a fall drink so I tried it again today. I placed a mobile order for drive-thru pickup because my baby was sleeping in the back seat and we wanted to limit our speaking to avoid waking him up. My husband told them at the speaker and the employee said to pull up and they’d have our order. There was a short wait in line (not a huge deal maybe 10-15 minutes). As we pulled to the window my app told me our order was ready but the employee gave us a total to pay and had clearly lost our mobile order. She had to ask us to repeat our entire order and couldn’t find one of the three items and had to have it remade while we waited at the window.
